A great customer experience at mycar Nelson Bay. Straightforward advice, with tyre repair completed promptly and courteously. Outstanding customer service.

Had no problems and impressed with honesty of the mechanic I dealt with. They even had a record of my first service with them approximately 15 years ago which was $100 compared to todays costs of $460. Seemed to be very competent and knowledgeable.

Excellent customer service from booking in my car, dropping it off and picking it up.

The guys at My Car Nelson Bay were very helpful had a 50,000klm service and rego check on my mazda cx3 taking my wife's car there in a few months for service and rego check they explained everything that needed doing I would recommend going there.

On a recent tour through NSW I experienced two tyres hitting a pothole. Peter, from Nelson Bay My car was most efficient and caring in getting me under way as soon as possible (tyres shipped from Sydney).
Peter has a customer relationship rarely seen in my experience of many tyre purchases. I am a future my car devotee as a result of his professional service.

I’ve used my car at Nelson bay a few time for servicing, tyres and general repairs and the Staff are always very helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend using their services.

I find the staff at `nelson bay, polite and willing to be flexible in their service delivery. `however, we had a miscommunication last time. I was unable to pick up my car before they finished work, and, also `i was unable to pay for it before they finished work as they did not bill me until they had finished the work and then i had clients back to back during that time. So, they locked up my car and i was not able to have it at the end of the day and had to call my husband to pick me up. i did not realise they would not release my car to me if i did not pay on the day. This seemed reasonable, but not clearly communicated to me at the time. Given that i am a regular customer, it would seem reasonable to be given a day or so to pay for a service.

Well I'm a single older lady so I tend to look for genuine people.I was driven home as it was starting to rain and service wise I got what I paid for and that's not always as it is these days.
Very thankful to have this service close by.
Filter replace,windscreen blades replaced,tyres rotated and balanced, brake pads done.....and I knew that they all needed doing so no surprises plus they rang me first with the list and cost.
