Very kind happy service staff. 3rd Jan.
But…………..
Two days after full log book $750 service my car wouldn’t start, so it was a shock 😳 & inconvenient too.
I rang K-mart, 5th Jan, very helpful staff & said to call a tow truck & have it towed to them. My car is 7 years old & very good condition.
Instead I thought what else I can do ? & ……………..
I called RAA 5th Jan, who said no-one had lifted the battery flap (a little square area) to check it because it was caked in acid and corrosion. I could see what he meant very clearly when he showed me.
This was the reason it wouldn’t start.

RAA sprinkled bi carb soda on it & warm water to react & dissolve it all - as new. It was quite unbelievable to see the difference.
The car started without any issue within 3 minutes of having RAA attend.
K-Mart ?????? might need to go to Specsavers - I’m only suggesting in the nicest possible way 🤓

We had our 150,000 kms service done at Noarlunga mycar. They contacted us during the service and said we needed a transmission kit extra so we had that done. When we got the car home it would not readily go into gear. We took it back and they said the transmission fluid was overfull which they rectified. Home again and the problem still persisted, took it back again and they replaced the filter and transmission fluid. Seems to be OK now. We appreciate that they have finally got the problem solved but , as we live 50kms from the location it has been very inconvenient.

Robert was amazing on the service desk. For this time of year and how busy he was cool, calm and collected.

They do the right thing, there to help you,not just about making money.

After phoning around to several places, they were the only ones willing to have a look straight away. Everyone else said mid to late January.
Once they found out what it was they were able to fix it within twenty four hours...highly recommend them,
Came to picking up our car my grsons car once parked lost coolant. They kept it over night fixed it the next morning.
