Good service. Will go back. But no sticker on windscreen to say when next service due or tyre shine on my newly fitted tyres like other mycars do.

Booked in for a 60km service and had a good experience with mycar Northlakes. Communication was good and easy, I was happy with the price and the location was easily accessible. I received a call to explain how my tyres were at zero tread, which I was expecting, and they offered me a good deal on quality tyres over the phone and were able to change them during the service for me. I was stoked not to have to make a separate booking. I was overall happy with the service upon pick-up, although a little disappointed with the condition of the wheels after the tyre change. They were left with clumps of grease over every rim from the tyre changing process, and I would have expected this to be cleaned off and some tyre shine applied to my brand new tyres. They also forgot to apply a new service sticker to my dash, which is no big deal, but details matter to me.

Always very helpful and informative, nothing is too much trouble.

I had my car serviced my “mycar “ they were quick & gave me a wheel alignment for free cause I got my tyres from them. I will be bringing my car to them from now on.

What a great service this business offers. Their easy booking service had me in an out within an hour, staff were wonderful and friendly to deal with and I couldn't be more appreciative that they could fit me in so quickly even though they were super busy. The location is easy to find and they offered an exceptionally reasonable price. I would actually give them 10 stars if I could. Thanks guys, great experience today.

The staff were polite greeted you on arrival, asked if you needed your car by a set time which I didn’t. They called to let me know there were some issues with my car that needed attention, and asked for the go ahead and the cost that would entail. To which I agreed. I also loved that when I got into my car at collection I didn’t have to play around with my seat as it wasn’t moved 😃

Great communication and quick service from Sean and the team. My AC leaked, all over the garage and started blowing hot air while driving. The team were great found the issue, provided a quote and was fixed that afternoon.
