I had the rear brakes of my Subaru done in Dec 2023 from this centre. Pretty much from that time, there has been a squealing noise coming from the new brake set whenever I apply brakes. I have taken it in multiple times over the last 2 years, only for them to say it is due to my driving style. I have been driving for 35 years now and know a thing or two about driving. The service center charged me an arm and a leg and failed to take ownership of faulty products. Even on this occassion, the manager outright refused to look at the brakes, citing it has been classified as an issue due to 'driving behaviour'. To top it all, this visit was also to get a puncture repair done on a tyre which is less than 2 years old (purchased a set of 4 from this service center in Dec 2023 as well). They have a lifetime puncture repair service. They called me to say the sidewall is damaged and that I need to change at least the two rear tyres (ideally all 4 given it is an AWD car) and quoted me close to $500 for that. I took it to another service center and they confirmed there is no sidewall damage and continued to fix the puncture for free. It has been such a terrible experience dealing with this service center with repeat visits due to excessive brake noise, and now a perfectly fine tyre being asked to be changed. Wish there was more checks on service levels from HQ. Please don't go here. My mechanic had a look at the brakes and confirmed they were of inferior quality, for which Mycar charged close to $700!

I took my car in for a tyre change, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The centre cap on one of my wheels was pried open and is now damaged and slightly bent. I would have expected a tyre centre that handles cars daily to know how to remove these properly without causing damage.

To make matters worse, the interior of my car was left with black fingerprint marks — likely from dust or grime from the wheels. There was no care or courtesy shown to keep the car clean. I had to spend over half an hour trying to clean it myself, but the marks are still visible.

For a service that cost over a thousand dollars, I expected far more professionalism and care. Very unpleasant experience overall — not recommended, as it seems they simply don’t care

Both Zed and Mark are informative, efficient and finish the work in the stated time frame.

I have been with mycar for some 25yrs and have always been very happy with service and attention. Always courteous and always on time with appts.

They gave me a written quote to fix the car then I picked up the car they add 299 dollars to original code which they sent me.i aske to check the car and give me a quote
