We booked and paid for 2 tyres during the Black Friday sales. When we turned up we signed a terms and conditions sheet, without realising that they'd snuck an extra service onto there - Wheel Alignment.

When we came to pick up the car they told us that while we'd pre-paid for the tires, we still owed them for the wheel alignment - a service we never booked in, wanted or expected. It was nowhere on our booking confirmation. However, we were told "we have your signature on the paperwork".

We were told we couldn't leave with our car until we settled the bill. With the police station being across the road, we said we'd simply talk to the cops about it.

And wouldn't you know it, suddenly it was all "an error with the booking system" and they were going to correct it and we could leave after all.

That was our experience of the Orange store.

I might have expected a scam like this from a little garage in the middle of nowhere, but from a Kmart chain store surprises me.

All the more with a cop shop across the road...

I'd love to know how many people they've pulled this one on, and now you know to be wary. If you shake their hands, count your fingers afterwards, this store should be viewed with complete suspicion.

Thorough and transparent. Explained to me clearly what needed attention and showed me. No unnecessary costs involved. Very happy. Would recommend.

I recently had my check engine light come on and took my car to mycar, Orange. After a diagnosis, it was determined that I needed to replace an ignition coil. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to order the part and get my car fixed. This was especially important to me as I had to travel intercity that day. The service was efficient and reliable, and I would highly recommend the repair shop to anyone experiencing car troubles.

Michael and the boys provided me with EXCEPTIONAL service, not just for the new tyres I had fitted and wheel alignment but above and beyond in catering to having new wheels drop-shipped and my particularly OCD fussiness with everything involved. All in the busy lead up to Christmas too !
If you think young boys have no manners these days, you are wrong - these fellas are a credit to themselves in the way they greet, speak and conduct themselves in general - Michael captains a VERY good ship !!!!

Purchased Pirelli PZero tyres on Black Friday through the manager who took all the hassle out of trying to purchase them through the site. The young apprentices who replaced them and did the wheel alignment appeared to all work together well. Very happy to save 50% on great tyres.

I have a phone call telling me my van needed new front breaks and rotors and ir would cast around $750, but when i picked up the van it cost $900.
I don't have a problem paying 900 but it was a shock after being told 750

The car service provided by my team was excellent.
