We have been using Chris and the Team at Eastgardens for several years for both business and personal vehicles. They provide an excellent service for a good price. Today they went above and beyond - coming to our rescue with getting a car back on the road so we could travel down the coast this afternoon. Thank you guys!

Chris (younger) has fantastic customer service and despite the blunder, wrong tyres were delivered and had to return another day, he was able to accommodate another appointment that suited me.

They told me it would take 1.5 - 2 hours. It was ready in that timeframe. Friendly service.

Convenient. Timely and the staff were great to deal with.

I was informed during the service of all costs involved which is so important at this time due to financial constraints.
I found they were very empathetic to my needs and gave a complete handover of the work done and helped me set up a plan for future work

Communication was very good in a busy store on a wet day. Chris organised the tyres, and got me back on the road same day.

But why does the car need 5 hours+ for a scheduled 12 month service on a BYD ? Surely there is better scheduling available

Mycar quoted a 10% discount over the phone when booking the appointment to change a tyre, but then charged full price upon completion of the work.

Good, honest customer service.

As soon as I get to the shop at my booking time, the manager Chris said my booking is cancelled because they are busy.

The supposed manager Chris disrespected me saying "I don't give a sh*t that you had to leave work earlier" as I complained because no one told me the booking was cancelled.

I asked for a refund as I paid for the wheel alignment and balancing upfront. And he said he won't give me anything, and that I should call 131328. Which I did. And he himself answered the phone call from the store. Told me he'd call his manager but he's not answering and he told me to wait.
I want my refund and a bit of respect. I won't be able to travel this weekend without this job done.
