I was not too happy to learn that only two of the 4 tyres were available to replace. And that i had to leave my car overnight. However all was good once all tyres were replaced.

cheap and reasonable price. staff is very helpful.

Tyson was really helpful and explained everything that had been done and what other work I would need to book in for. Communication was open and honest.

The guy who greeting me was so gently and nice. And then he explained very well everything about my car, honestly I don’t know anything about cars but he explained easy. I’m glad they took care of my car, quick, and excellent job.

The guys did an awesome job with the service on my car. Great customer service too. Would recommend and will be back.

Mycar philip is worst. I book it online and the guy is not happy with the price. He change logbook service to interim service. The guy do not know how to smile. Also after service I can see a scrach on my car. He also gave me a qoute of $1200 for other service.

4 stars, just because I only got the two Viking tyres for my Mazda. Rest, the people were nice and service was well done within few hours. Definitely, going back again.

The person who worked on my car did not properly secure the plastic lower engine cover. It came off while I was driving to Sydney, making the drive very uncomfortable. I had to call roadside assistance to remove the cover. Extremely careless work. I will not come back to your garage.

Great job done in timely fashion

I was extremely impressed by the young man, Tyson, who appears to be the manager. He presents very well,with his neat appearance and his smiling, welcoming manner creating an excellent initial impression. His honesty and patience in explanations to customers is highly commendable. His manners are impeccable, thus ensuring the return of this customer in the future. In a word, outstanding! A young man worthy of promotion, in my opinion, should the opportunity arise. Thankyou Tyson! Also, I have been using Phillip My Car for the last few years. My vehicle is now 18 years old and is totally reliable,thanks in part to the excellent annual service it receives.
