Very quick, with helpful information but no pressure

I had a great experience here - the staff went to a lot of effort to ensure I was booked in for the appropriate service, called to talk me through the issue I had asked them to investigate, and finished the service promptly.

They rushed my car through in the morning as I needed it for work later in the day and called to let me know how the service was going. Would absolutely get my serviced there next year

Had to change the front and back suspensions for a 20 year old car that my family can’t part with. I felt MyCar Phillip were not forthright. A rather distasteful experience. Never had an issue with the MyCar Braddon crew and trusted them.

They say that they'll gonna do my car first and might take an hour to change two tires. And truly enough I got a message after an hour that I can pick up my car.

Nathaniel was responsive and helpful and gave good advice

Very poor customer service to start with. I was later to pick up my car and I was asking for 15 minutes but they failed and looked up my car for two nights.
On day 3 when I walked out to pick up the car, I asked him whether he would accept cash and said yes. I requested for my car keys to get money from the car, but he refused and said that because l haven't paid, l am not allowed to touch the key.
In fact within 5 weeks I service the same car almost $2500 without a issues of payment.
Why must this staff treat me like rubbish?
I strongly believe that he cannot do this except someone who lives with discriminated behaviour.
The most painful part of it is that, l told this guy l can work without a car, simply because I am a service coordinator and hence I can't failed my participants. But he preferred to lock thr car.

Excellent communication and the staff were efficient and polite. I needed 4 tyres and the staff identified an error with the tyre size I’d provided and rectified the mistake avoiding delays. Would highly recommend.

The team were polite, friendly, and kept me informed of the results of the service and follow on works. Tyre offer was difficult to beat and goods were delivered and fitted within three days of ordering. Small crew working hard to a good standard to meet the needs of their customers.

Spoke to Nathaniel about my Toyota Corolla not having to reverse lights. He was extremely helpful and polite. Definitely would recommend
