Went in to fix a problem, paid $800 and the problem wasn’t fixed

The boys were great, this was a big service and they still were able to get the job done plus two new tyres by the time that I needed the car to take my daughter to an appointment

Booking was easy, they explained what was needed for this particular service and the cost. I was call during the day to recommend certain items that still functioning but will fail in the near future. They completed my service
and contacted to pick up. The car was spotless and I particularly like the coating on tyres every time I get a service, it’s a nice touch. I have recommended them to many people I know.

My Car tyre and auto at Pimpama saved my day. I was coming home from work when my tyre blew on the motorway, and once I got to my car they, fixed it up on such short notice. Great service 😊

I had a logbook service done at the Pimpama branch and requested a battery check. The test showed that the battery needed replacement, but I wasn’t informed until I returned to collect my car. By then, there wasn’t enough time to fit a new battery, and a staff member advised me to book another appointment. I ended up getting the battery replaced somewhere else.

We asked for the basic service and I explained to the man at the desk that we are struggling financially at the moment. Then we paid for your premium service and they tried to suggest more. There is no way that we would have wanted your 'on the road' breakdown service as we had that last time, called the emergency number and got no response. Not happy at all.

Went to this tyre company because it was local. I work & tried to book in at a time when it wasn't going to take too long to get 2 new tyres fitted. Was quoted over the phone to allow 1hr. It took 1.45hrs & the guy at the counter was a bit arrogant when I said I was quoted 1hr for the tyres to be put on. This is why I did not give 5 stars, otherwise service was good & nice it is local.

Friendly efficient services hard to fault. Specialists in BYD vehicles.

Great service and knowledgeable team. Even made an effort to call and explain about light fitting and took the time to research suppliers.
