Great service and prices

Less than zero if I could. You have incredible staff at the Point Cook branch in Jesse and Gary. Gary in particular is a wonderful and knowledgeable man who I have sent many, many people to your store to get help from. However this time I had the immense displeasure of dealing with Jeremy. From the start Jeremy was incredibly rude and snippy with me. I reminded him my central locking isn't working and to lock my car with the key please when it is left in the car park. He snapped at me 'I heard you the first time' and proceeded to leave my car unlocked in the Point Cook Shopping Centre car park. When Jeremy called me to explain the work my car needed he said to me and I quote 'you are stressing me out asking all these questions' - my car was in for a service and needed more work - he expected me to approve $1000's of dollars work without an explanation and became so hostile with me to the point I was in tears at the end of the phone call. What a big man Jeremy is being so nasty that he makes someone cry. Then he said he wouldn't do the work until I begged him that I was asking for an explanation, I needed to make sure I could cover these unexpected costs right before Christmas and I need my car safe to transport my children! I have been coming to MyCar and formerly Kmart Tyre and Auto in Point Cook for 16 years and I was staggered by how rude and hostile the so called manager of this branch could be. I'm still in shock. Please if calls are recorded I encourage the owner of the business to review how Jeremy is speaking to your customers, my call was from the store phone 11.24am on 20 December 2025. Take a listen to a big mam tell a lady worried about costs and wanting an explanation how she is stressing him out so much. Isolate google reviews to the 1 star reviews and you will see everyone is saying the same. Jeremy is a nasty man who is very condescending and rude to your paying customers. Gary is incredible. Jesse is incredible. How they have to work with the monster that is Jeremy Ill never understand. If you value your business, I'd move him along or at least out of the role of calling the customers after diagnosis because in all my years on this earth I've never had a mechanic speak so rudely to me and tell me I'm giving them anxiety asking questions about repairs to my car. Avoid avoid avoid! I'm upset because I genuinely enjoy taking my car to My Car Point Cook, my car is running like a dream and the things diagnosed needed fixing! But I will not be taking it there again. 16 years and we break up My Car! Jeremy is the nastiness person I have come across in a very very long time. Jesse was lovely when I collected my car and was very distressed when I told him Jeremy was so nasty to me on the phone I was crying. So here is your honest review. So very dissatisfied.

Their service is excellent, prices are reasonable, and Josh (I believe that is his name, ?he is the manager) has consistently provided outstanding support.

Great Service

For the past two years, I have consistently utilized the Point Cook location for my vehicle's tyre’s maintenance and recently engaged them for the comprehensive log book servicing of my Volvo. The entire team, including the store manager, consistently demonstrated exceptional competence, helpfulness, and professionalism. I highly recommend their services.

The service was very efficient and prompt and I knew what I was purchasing because the sales assistant explained it all very well to me.

Thorough and explained the process well

Simple process. We had pre-booked at an EV car show. Parked in the customer carpark, handed over keys. Came back a few hours later after being notified, paid, took car and went on my merry way.
