Staff are always there to support when needed. And friendly.

The service manager was amazing , I turned up with a punctured tyre and was happy to help me out. He went above and beyond his role.

Very professional and helpful staff. Clear communication and provided some suggestions as well for looking after the car not related to the repair work.

This is the second time we have given our car here for changing a punctured tyre.

The first time experience was below expectations in terms of customer service, pretty appalling/disrespectful behaviour the front desk guy/manager has.

This morning(our second and last time), we had to go to a tyre shop. Living in Point Cook, this is the closest one. I did tell my partner that it's better to take it elsewhere from the first experience, but convenience sort of took us to Mycar Point Cook(again!!).
The guy with the same style of beanie (don't know his name/maybe the manager) always, was as usual - rude, uninterested, behaving like we were there for some free service and not business.
1. He asked my partner to get the tyre from the car, rolling it to the shop from the car park(ok, we let that go).
2.Then he said he will call us when the tyre was ready. We asked him how long and he said a few hours, so we left. As soon as we reached home, there was an SMS mentioning the tyre is ready. We could have just waited at the shop for 10 mins instead.
3. I went to drop the car off to change the tyre. He said(again with a lot of inconvenience), it will take at least 90 mins(at least!!), so I leave again and 10 mins later the car is ready for pick up. So, my partner has to Uber again to go pick the car, whereas I could have easily waited at the shop.
In short, we are sorry we brought our business to you ! We will never make the mistake again. I read a lot of similar reviews. Either the management doesn't care, or the beanie guy is the management, if it's the latter, well better run elsewhere people.

Staff are very friendly, helpful and informative. They are trustworthy and honest and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

The service was very good except for the notification that the job was completed, especially when they knew I was going to wait for the vehicle.

Max was awesome!!!! He assessed my flat tyre and sorted a new tyre promptly and diagnosed the fault in the boot of my car that has eluded other mechanics for four years. Super happy with the experience from start to finish and Max assisted over and beyond my expectations. Very happy.
