I booked an Essential Service and later booked a Logbook Service, but I wasn’t refunded for the Essential one even though the Logbook already includes all essential checks. I was also charged $120 more per tyre than the current price, and the price was only corrected after I showed them the listed rate. This experience has made me lose trust in their pricing and service transparency.

The staffs are very professional and personable. Great experience, would highly recommend.

The service was fast, they were upfront about cost and they even replied to my call when I rang just out of hours.

I’m really happy with the customer service about. I didn’t notice until I got home that there was a note on my receipt about my engine pinging. I had to ring a friend who is a mechanic to ask him how to manage this. I would’ve liked this discussed with me when I picked my car up.

Easy to arrange log book service. Team at MyCar Richmond are always great and thorough in the service. They also go above and beyond at explaining technical things in simple terms that is easy to understand.

I find MyCar to be an efficient and trustworthy company to care for my car. Steven at Caloundra is always kind and helpful. I asked if they could give my car a quick rinse as it was dusty and I couldn’t do it. What a great job they did. Thank you Steve for taking care of this old lady!

It's just like insurance, it's only when you're in real trouble you know how good a company is. I was very impressed with everything from being towed free of charge from the Monash at midnight to the brilliant service of Michael, Minh and the team at MyCar Richmond.
The kept me fully informed and weren't satisfied to finalise my car until they 100% certain they'd found the underlying cause and fixed the problem.
It took a few days but it was absolutely worth it to have the peace of mind I now have.

Exactly what I needed! Fast friendly service, sorted my tyre in 30 mins.

Went in for a tyre 'slow leak' puncture. Booked in for a same day service and after forgetting my Tesla car key, the team graciously assisted me on the spot while I waited. Located a small nail in my tyre, repaired it and I was out in 30 mins. A very professional service for a modest $45 charge.

The problem with my car was misdiagnosed, resulting in my car's power shutting down while driving at night.
