They were friendly, prompt and efficient and didn’t try too hard to upsell me on anything. Advised me 2 of my tyres could be replaced but were still roadworthy for a few thousand more Ks.

Urgent appointment right before Xmas
I took my Hyundai i30 to Mycar Robina and within 2 hours (less than the initial quoted time) I was rung with an answer. They squeezed me in during a busy time and did not charge me as they recommended I take it to a dealership to update the diagnostics pack.
I was happy with their timeliness and result.

Great friendly service
I went in to the Mycar hoping they stocked a type of tyres I got before, but they no longer stocked them. So I asked for recommended tyres. Kevin at the counter recommended me a set of MyCar Avandra, which is a budget model, but the low price tempted me to book in and grab a set. The tyres are much better than the price suggests. So far, gripping well in both wet and dry. Throughout the experience, the Mycar staff has been nothing but pleasant to deal with.
