They fit us in the day o called which happened to be New Year’s Eve and were friendly and fast

Quick efficient service

I went there for wheel alignment which I booked online. They took my car and I did signature for wheel alignment. But they came to me after 20 min and told me that they can not make it because my tyre is bend what I told them before but its okay till that . Then I say its okay if you can't do alignment I will get from another one . But they forced me to pay same amount of alignment without doing alignment which is completely unfair . I request them to don't charge but he was stuck to his words and told me that he will not return my car until I pay . I am rideshare driver and I go to tyre shops every month it was my first experience with mycar and believe me its worst then ever before . I was getting feel like they just want to steal money from me no matter what value they give me .
How can they charge me without doing wheel alignment which I booked ?
No which behalf they charge and give me wheel alignment invoice with fake description that I agreed to do inspection. I will always recommend my friends to make wise decision for going mycar on behalf of my experience. I will be thankful to you if I will get refund .

Tyres supplied and fitted earlier than expected, friendly service.
After checking tyre pressure days after fitting found all tyres were inflated to 40 when the manufacturers plate states 33.
Rang store offered to correct pressures [but I'd already corrected] and said just made mistake must have mis read pressure

Clear upfront price, no bullshit on selling, only quote on work .

Always great service

My engine was misfiring and warning light came on when I was near My Car Rockingham centre.
Pulled in to see if they could check immediately.
They told me to come back in 1 hour to evaluate the problem.
When return after some shopping they determined it must be spark plug(s) fowling.
They got straight onto it and changed all 6 and I came back few hours later and all done.
I have been a My Car customer for over 5 years. Always satisfied with service.
This time loyalty helped squeeze me in….maybe!!.

Dealing with the people at the workshop counter was fantastic, helpful & understanding. However when I phoned the booking centre & spoke with a lady who informed me that I could not pay for my 4 Tires over the phone, had to come down from the Nth Suburbs to Rockingham to pay in person.
Drove down and was told that it had to be paid on a link which I did there and then.
My gripe is could not that lady I spoke with initially sent me the link and I could have saved a 95km round trip.

Always out go to for all out cars for servicing and repairs ,

Tristran was very polite although he was in the middle of doing something in the workshop when he saw me at reception he returned to reception dealt with with my application for new tyres, tristran explained cafeteria facilities in the shopping centre, my car was dealt with very quickly would recommend anyone to use this garage, and the main thing that attracted me to my car is after care package of wheel rotation and balancing. Plus other extras.tyres are completely priced compared to other tyre companies I take good care of my car and check things on a regular basis, but the aftercare package will be invaluable for someone who is not mechanically minded just from a safety perspective and maintenance making tyres last as long as possible.
