Went in expecting to have to book an appointment. Didn't have to, was asked if I could leave my car with them, for an hour. In less than an hour, they has fixed the problem, no drama.

polite staff
Came in to have a punctured tyre fixed. Very polite staff who dealt with the issue quickly and professionally and was considerate to the fact I had my two young children with me at the time.

Customer service was fantastic
Customer service was fantastic, had an appointment to drop car off for tyres and a wheel alignment, They were fast and efficient as they messaged me within an hour to say it was ready.
Love how my car feels now so very happy with the service, would highly recommend My Car Tyre and Auto to anyone

Service and Tow Truck Service
The service from booking my car in to picking my car up, it’s always 5 star service.
The staff at the Rockingham WA store are simply the best.
We are so lucky to have them in the area.
My family and I don’t go any where else.

What made my experience so good was…
What made my experience so good was that when I called in relation to having had a flat tyre, the person on the phone was polite and professional. Most other places would just try to get you to buy a new tyre however I was told they would try to repair it however if they couldn’t they gave me the cost of a new tyre. I would definitely return to MyCar.

Tyre replacement for winter
mycar quoted well in advance and were honest about their tyre deal which I ignored until too late! Had two tyres done they persuaded us to have the wheel alignment for which we are glad we agreed. The service was very efficient and convenient to the shopping centre.
