I live in peace next door to my car and there team.a couple of days ago I raised concern that we have had break in's lately n that there was one employee in particular that I've seen multiple times looking over my back fence. I calmly asked this employee and was instantly stood over , sworn at and told " he'll" suss out wherever he chooses n urinate on my fence..This kind of response Is simply not good enough, your manager Jarrad defused the situation in a great manor and appolgised for this mycars employee behaviour. Great team at Rosanna MyCar. Have used previously for tyres and now service on 2016 Land Rover Discovery. Price and service can’t be beat. Happy to recommend.

What went wrong?
Well I had my transmission rebuilt by you at a cost of $2400+ only to have it fail before Xmas. It then took mycar Rosanna 4 days to get it towed back. Next day they said it was fixed, said it was an electrical problem. I drove it less than 5km up the road and it failed again. It then took a further two days to tow it to Airport West MyCar (I no longer trusted Rosanna MyCar) as I have used them a lot in the past and Christian and his team are fantastic. Then I was told that the earliest my car could be diagnosed was the 9th Jan 2023. I contacted custome support and was told rudely by Sofia in customer nosupport that I could not have a loan car until after the car was diagnosed.

This left me without a car and as I write my car is still sitting waiting to be looked at. I have had to hire cars and that was difficult at this time of year as well as expensive. I have made a formal complaint with consumer affairs and have also spoke to a lawyer that I will use if necessary. I am also prepared to go to VCAT. I want my car back fixed as soon as possible. All the car hire bills paid and my loss of earnings covered.

Ease of booking, drop off, pick up and explanation of issues.

Efficient and affordable. Gave me a scare telling me my car had all these problems and quoted additional very high price but was otherwise great.

I had a nail in my car's left rear tyre last Friday (2/12). I went a garage to get it removed and repaired. I was told to come on Monday.
When i rang Rosanna My car they just fixed the issue in 15 minutes.

I have been with mycar Tyre & Auto, Rosanna, for years. I have always found the team very professional and helpful.

Friendly service, great location and easy booking system.

They were efficient and friendly but way too expensive.
Over $1000 for a service on a car that barely gets driven and is in tip top shape.

They are just so easy to deal with and does what’s promised. I have had my full set of tyres changed and punctures repaired before.

The reception staff were very helpful and courteous, they fitted me in even when they were very busy. The man was engaging and kind and gave me clear costings.

Straight forward experience with service. No attempt to price gouge.
