As always Rowville is the place to go. They will look after you and keep you updated all the way. Myself and all my family only go to Mycar Rowville.

Horrible experience
- [ ] Wheel Alignment couldn’t be done - car was sitting waiting to be picked up since 11am - no phone call
- [ ] Got told on the phone the air filter was $10-$15 - had to pay $55 - it was replaced when I got there to pick it up at 2pm
- [ ] Invoice says air filter was included in the log book service, but I had to pay for it?
- [ ] Windows were down
- [ ] Drivers seat had been moved & reclined back
- [ ] Car key was scratched
- [ ] Said they would have to rebook me in to get wheel alignment done - never did - I did it myself online
- [ ] I bought my new car back to Kmart Tyre & Auto (not Hyundai) knowing I was going to get looked after & great customer service, however, after today, I’m not so sure.

Got new tyres here a few months ago. The service was friendly and quick. Just as importantly the after sale service was brilliant when I got a puncture a few months later.
