Justin ( mycar Salisbury SA) cheerfully discussed pros and cons of my initial request and fully outlined options with regard to my needs. Tyres arrived at mycar before schedule, sms was received and tyres were fitted promptly. Completely happy with recommended tyres. I have since been back to Justin regarding a different matter and again received professional assistance with prompt and courteous service.

MyCar mechanics in Salisbury rang me to advise a couple of things that needed to be done (apart from the service) to ensure the car was completely safe. They did this before doing any of the work and so I had the opportunity of approving or disapproving the work, which I thought was good; I approved all the recommended work on the day. The car was returned to me on time and with all the work satisfactorily completed.
