My experience was great mainly because of the service I was given. The young man told me exactly what was wrong with the car and appeared to fix what was needed. I really appreciate what a great job they done.

Probably the worst and most stressful experience of my life. Could have been avoided with a bit of PR and communication but when you leave with the exact problem you came with after paying for the problem to be fixed and all you get is a shrug of shoulders and " That's just the way it is" you get a little sick in the stomach. Little Ford fiesta - call me you can learn from this. Your manager has my number. Loads more to the story too.

Branch was late in opening - and then I had to wait 30 mintues to after 5 pm for car service to be completed. No feedback on service as well,i would of expected trye wear and brake wear to be mentioned. Thanks,

The Manager and the whole team were very helpful, and service was done on time.

We came in without making an appointment, were welcomed and accommodated with minimum fuss, tyre exchanged relatively quickly, pretty much while we waited, and was finished before the estimated time. Very satisfied.

The manager was welcoming, able to provide me with clear advice about what was required to fix the vehicle, he also went through the costs.
Understanding our situation he booked the vehicle in immediately and had us back on the road by the afternoon.

They were able to talk to me and examine my car immediately. The manager diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and fitted it for me that afternoon, for a lot less than I expected.
I was delighted by their professionalism and helpfulness, they got me out of a spot.

My daughter's car broke down, and MyCar South Perth fitted in a service for her the next day to assess and undertake the maintenance they were able to.

Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, eager to do the right thing and show options.

Really good customer service. The team were friendly and explained everything clearly up front so there was no surprises. Definitely going back.

Replaced tyres and balance, tyres wouldn’t balance. Tried multiple locations to have balanced. Still couldn’t. Replaced tyres. Still couldn’t balance. Took to another brand of distributor. They balanced and showed how far out the original work was. I will not be using MyCar ever again
