Tyre service was on time and quick and the staff were very friendly and courteous.

High quality service on my vehicle (it has never felt better to drive), service + work was $$$ - although I had good communication from the mechanic regarding prices, customer service at front desk could be better.

The first time I came here I turned up with no booking and the lovely man at the front desk was able to cater to my need of a new tire due to mine being flat and having no spare. My new tire was not only an affordable and efficient process but it came with their tire care plan warranty. When my car got serviced somewhere else I was told I would require a wheel alignment and 3 new tires so I booked in with My Car Tyre and Auto and stafford and was very satisfied with the job done. I felt comfortable driving around knowing my tires are under warranty and if anything were to happen the team at mycar would have me sorted. I got a nail in my tire, called up, booked in, chatted with a helpful and lovely lady on the phone, was welcomed into the store, my tire was replaced free of charge due to my warranty, not only that, they did it on half an hour. I was very satisfied all three times and will definitely be back. I highly recommend. The team are friendly, easy to talk to, have your best needs and interest in mind and are very efficient. I have since recommended them to some family and friends.

Prompt friendly and professional service

This is our third experience with MyCar Stafford. We have had our main vehicle there twice and this was a 'first time' with our other vehicle. I was quoted a price for the repairs beforehand and when came time to pick the car up, it was quite a bit cheaper than quoted, as they said that the job didn't take as long as first thought. That's pretty impressive these days!! Thank you. Highly recommend them for service and repairs.

Guys were thorough, and gave a list of possible issues.

I love these guys. They know exactly what they’re doing, they make sure you’re only paying for what you actually need and pricing is very fair. No gouging with these guys, I know I’m safe to hand over my car and be treated with respect and not feel taken advantage of.

I have been using MyCar at Stafford for several years. The service is excellent! The staff are always very helpful. And whatever you need doing from tyres to mechanical they have the skilled staff to take care of things. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Highly recommend for all your car servicing needs.
