Accommodating of my availability, clear pricing, explained well what needed to be done as a priority in addition to the logbook service.

Been here several times now and rated highly each time. Quick, no nonsense service at a good price. I know where to go next time!

The mechanics are very honest. They did not try and upsell but took the time to properly investigate the problem and discovered a lower cost fix. Car returned to me the same day. Very grateful!

Brad (manager from Sunbury MyCar) got the tyres that I needed in the next day and had them fitted within minutes. Super low price also. ALWAYS fantastic service from Brad. We always use him for all our vehicles. Highly recommended !!!!

On the occasions when I’ve had concerns, they have kindly offered free advice and checked my tyres at no cost. I’ve consistently found them to be honest, fair, and committed to providing great customer service.
