Great service and transparency about what extra needed doing and price. Very friendly staff

I have been having my car serviced at the Grove for the past 5 years including having new tyres fitted.
I have recommended your service to many friends but yesterday was the worst service on the people side I have experienced.
Firstly when I called the week prior to make the booking the Indian chap could barley understand why I was calling and had a lot of trouble locating my vehicle on the system .
I told him clearly I would be bring the car in at 11 am but at 10 am I was getting txt messages as to where I was
The service took over 5 hours when I as told it would be 2-3 hrs.
I had no calls or communications during this time
Every time I enquired on the timing I was told another half an hour or another 5 mins.
In the last half hour my partner and I stood out side waiting again with no acknowledgement In fact the Indian mechanic drove in after a road test and walked strait past us with out a word that the vehicle was now ready
Please this is not targeted at the mechanic being of Indian race It is purely of poor service
I was very disappointed and in fact when I need a service I will check on who is working

Positive and supportive staff, able to fit me in on a Sat morning when I had a puncture.

My tyres are rotated every 6 months for tyre wear guarantee and was done within an hour or less after dropping my car off - and they fixed a small puncture no charge too . . 👍

Easy booking system, they looked over my car, found the issues and phoned me to explain exactly what was wrong, what needed to be fixed there and then, and what needed to be done in the future. Can’t fault their service, no hard upsell, and my car drives beautifully now.

The friendly man who served us was fantastic! We will definitely be back again. I can’t remember his name but he has 4 kids (I remember because my husband and I have the same amount of kids). I wish I got his name for this review.

Got a puncture on my way to an appointment, they put me straight in, popped the new tyre on, they were so incredibly helpful, and professional. I am very grateful!

We have been taking both of our cars to My Car at Golden Grove for many years. We have been continually impressed by the knowledge, experience, friendliness & great service offered by Aaron & his team each time we visit or call for help. Our cars are always ready on time, communication is great & the prices are fantastic! They even put the seat covers on my new car today as I was struggling to do so, which was truly above & beyond. You can definitely trust this business & feel comfortable that you car will be well cared for by honest people.

Everything was clearly explained, open communication throughout, done in a timely manner and as quoted. You could tell it was a fun place to work from the energy in the reception room all the way out to the workshop. Highly recommend.

It was smooth and easy. Every thing was done and completed on time. The service pice was exceptional good. I will use MyCar at Golden Grove again
