I dealt with Sebastian, he told me that he would work on it straight away, he gave me a price before he started, I collected the car when he finished and I got a few $$$'s off the initial quote. Overall, very happy.

I was booked in for the rear brakes to be replaced and advised it would be around $269. When the car was ready I was told the cost was $600. I would expect if was going to cost more I would have been contacted prior to them completing the work to seek my approval. I would have given the go ahead but it is poor customer service not to inform me prior to undertaking the work that there would be additional costs

Quick fix, booked in the day before rego due, friendly service, and free puncture repair as well.

Starting with Sarah: what a girl, helpful, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and talkative, very talkative. So welcoming, makes you feel that yes you are a valued customer. All the lads that do the mech work, fantastic attitude, honest with guidance to customers regarding what is needed to keep vehicles safe and roadworthy and efficient with repairs. 1 of the BEST businesses I have dealt with. I had a puncture in my tire and they managed to fit me in at very late notice. I was super friendly and helpful. It rang when it was ready.. when I returned. I didn’t even charge me. How good is that in this day and age great service as always.

They call it technology but when I went to book the car in the computer was down. So Sarah made a tentative booking with all my details and told me if there were any issues with what was planned she would contact me immediately once the computer was up and running again. Sarah did ring changes were made. On the day of service Sarah rang to let me know that the tyres had not arrived yet but would let me know closer to time of service. They didn't arrive so Sarah slotted the service in for the next day, all was good, thank you.
