The team at MyCar are absolutely outstanding! I run a business with six vans, and they’ve been taking care of all of them. Their mechanics are great and always go the extra mile to make sure everything runs perfectly.

What really sets them apart, though, is their flexibility and genuine care. They always find a way to fit us in, even when our schedule is tight, and they’ve never let us down. It’s rare to find a workshop that combines such professionalism with such a friendly, reliable team.

We turned up just after closing with a flat tyre and about to go away on holiday for the long weekend. The staff stayed behind to replace our flat tyre. Great service and can’t thank them enough for helping us out.

Great service and pricing

I had originally booked a pink slip online for 11am with pickup at 12pm. I was asked to bring the car in earlier at 9:30am, but it wasn’t even looked at until 12:30pm. Disappointing to be asked to come in early only for the car to sit there for 3 hours.

Great service exceeded my expectation and Adam was very professional and very courteous

I recently went for a wheel alignment at this place, and it was a very disappointing experience. They took more than an hour for the alignment, and afterwards told me I needed to replace my bush, but said everything else was fine.

However, as soon as I drove to work, I noticed my car was pulling to the right on a straight road — the alignment was worse than before. The next morning, I went back early to explain the issue. Instead of checking properly, the person who did the alignment was extremely rude. He immediately blamed the bush, used very unprofessional language, and claimed he had “made it better than before.” When I asked for a refund, they refused and told me to bring the car another day, even though I explained I’d be busy for the next five days. There was no apology, no proper solution offered — just rude behavior.

Since I couldn’t trust them anymore, I went to another workshop. They inspected my car, did the alignment properly, and confirmed that my wheel bush is actually fine for at least another 5,000 km. Now my car drives perfectly straight.

This experience shows the first workshop not only failed to do the job properly, but also treated me very poorly as a customer. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Was able to diagnose long lasting oil leakage issue, took the time to show me the broken part and explain what was the problem, quick to order the required part and finalising repair, I would only recommend to provide more details (e.g photos, itemised work order, etc) upfront.

Courteous, quick and gave me the feeling of being a 'valued' customer.
