I took my car into my car this morning for a service. I had made an error when booking online, booking into the my car at Belconnen Mall. The wonderful Nick sorted the problem within minutes, called me twice to inform me of the refund and the cost of some additional work. I have not experienced exceptional customer service like this before.

The staff are always incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. I’ve been taking my car here for 7 years and I’ve got no plans to change anytime soon.

Great customer service skills and fast service. Nick is an experience bloke and easy to deal with.

My car had a lot of issues that needed working on. I got a major service done and got all the other issues fixed, such as replacing the brake pads and two tires, wheel alignment, etc. The mechanics did an excellent job and the car is running the best it has in years.

The Staff at MyCar Cohen St Belconnen are always so friendly and accommodating for routine servicing. They squeezed me in last minute to fix an issue that popped up same day. Thank you to Nick and the team for always providing a great service :)

I booked my car in for a certificate of Inpsection.
The staff communicated me with the work required and the cost. I was able to give the go ahead and the work was completed the same day. I give the customer service and work done on my car 10/10.

The guys know what they are doing. After having just taken my car for service to a dealership i was told 4k to fix my handbrake! (thats no joke, legit they wanted 4k, $3700 being for a new part). I was booked in with mycar for some new tyres only but these guys had a look at my handbrake and adjusted it for less than 100$ and its now working fine!!!!! i was so stoked. Whole process (ordering tyres and boooking install online etc) was smooth as also.

The team was very helpful and accommodating. They matched tyre price and finished the job very well and punctual.

I arrived really early for a tyre puncture, before the computers started up. My details were taken so that I could continue on with my day.

Got a message not long after saying it was done.

When I got back there, it was a few minutes to close and the registers were already balanced. Nick said there was another way to do payment, and sent me a website to do the payment, which was super quick and easy to use.

Nick then went above and beyond, helping me put the tyre on my car, so I didn't have to use my emergency tyre changing gear. He stayed back after the shop closed, even though I said I could do it. He saved me 10 mins with his kindness.

Great reception and customer service. I was disappointed to find that all settings were not as I had left them, which caused me a bit of difficulty whilst deiving

They said they would call when it was ready. They did not.

They said they would send a quote to fix, I’m still waiting

Bad service. They have not resolved my issues about my car. I specifically told them that my wipers and lights need to be checked. Apparently the issues I raised was still there and I wasn’t given an explanation as to why they are unable to fix it whatsoever. Also, I was told to receive a call this week since there is one part of the car they need to purchase for installation but I did not get any updates from them and it’s almost towards the end of the week already. It was Saturday when I had my car serviced, they only operate until 12:00 pm. I did not receive any text message that my car is ready for pick up before they close. He called me 12:18pm and asked if I will pick up my car on the same day and they have closed he said. I was surprised because normally, other mycar branches would send a message or will call to inform car owners that service is finished and must pick up the car before they close. Luckily, I was only at Westfield Belco but I needed to rush back to their shop to pick up my car. He insisted he sent me a message but I did not received it at all. Bad customer service, I will never recommend this branch.
