Fitted wrong part didn't fix problem had to pay anyway which is fair enough but still had to get correct part and hav it fitted,turned out to be a rather expensive fix for what turned out to be a simple problem.

It took 9 hours to get a puncture repaired. If we had of been told this upon arrival we would have gone elsewhere but we were told it would be no issue and we would receive a call or text to advise completion. We had to call 3 times to get a update and the tire still hadn't been repaired at 5.30 when I turned up to get it back. While I appreciate that it was finally done, while I waited, customer service,communication etc... not a strong point!

The person I was talking too was great, cheap service, crew was competent so i'm pretty hapoy

The level of service since management changed is unfortunately evident.
I was a loyal customer for years, I won’t be returning. Communication was poor, discounts not applied correctly, confirmation car was ready for collection not received, log book not filled out. When spending over $1000 on service and new tyres, I’d expect better. Not even an opportunity to negotiate tyre price. First time I’ve had to leave a review like this. It’s was a disappointing experience.

Shonky as, didn't fix what I took the car there for. Charged for unnecessary work and unauthorised work.
Still waiting for someone to call me after a week.
Never ever ever would I go back and definately do not recommend this waste of time crap service

Never take your diesel 4x4 there we had to keep taking it back to them over 6 times now we have no faith in there work at all still the same mechanical problem is still there have now taken elsewhere
Would not recommend them at all.

They did not perform a service, I paid $289 and they did not do anything, they had my car for 8 hours and all they did was replace the filter. The oil is dirty , my light is now not working and my windscreen washer is pitting out from underneath and from the side panel. My car is in a much worse condition now than it was when I dropped it off. They also said they didn't have time to do everything however had the car there for 8 hours. I am not impressed - I couldn't give 0 stars but that's all I would give them.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. This is not the first time that I have found this at MyCar Townsville. They have always been more than happy to assist. Thanks

Well, I came at “Mycar” for service my car and I got a call/sms an hours later informing me that my car was ready to be picked up. The job was done quickly and I was informed what has been done and what will need to be done within few months. All clear, professional and very helpful. I will surely use that compagny in the future.
