I just want to say thank you for looking after my car and resolving my vehickes issue today. I tried to book my vehicle into Central Coast Holden and I could not get a booking until 27.3.2023. Taran did an amazing job and fixed a problem that no other could. Taran is one of the nicest mechanic I’ve ever met, honest, reliable and great work ethics. . Taran is an asset to the My Car company.

I have had my car serviced at Umina mycar a few times and have been really happy with the quality of service by Taran & Team every time. Taran explains clearly his recommendations and I also find their service charges reasonable.

It's not just the quality of the work and the professional staff but also the fact they are so helpful.

Great work, great price...what more could I ask for. The best car service centre on the central coast for me.

I started to hear rattling with my car as I was driving past this mechanic. I decided to ask one of the boys if they would take a look at it. They were so friendly and one of them, named Taran spent a good 20 minutes on it and ended up fixing it free of charge. What a top bloke

Xmas week and the alternator has gone. 🤬🤯😖
After my merchanic turned me down due to work load and being told I would be lucky if anyone could look at it being Xmas week, I called MyCar Umina Beach on a ‘Hail Mary’ to see if they could possibly have a look/fix my car.
Not only did they confirm what was wrong on the day I dropped it off, Taran and his team ordered in the parts and got it done for me within a few days working back till 7:30pm so I could have it back before Xmas and to make a
Xmas catchup with friends.
Amazing customer service, very polite and also did some ‘Voodoo Magic’ cleaning my headlights! Which 2 smash repairs and Volvo said couldn’t be done!!
Advised on followup care.
Absolutely hit the jackpot with Taran. Also, the young apprentice was great / very polite young man. So pleased and blown away by this pair of awesome mechanic’s.

Amazing customer service! The team at Mycar Tyre and Auto Umina were amazing. We are on holidays and it was pouring rain when we noticed we had a puncture. Within 10 minutes they changed and repaired the tyre for us in the pouring rain. Thankyou

I’m always happy with any repairs they have done on my car.

I moved to the central Coast 12 months ago and started taking my car to Mycar at Umina Beach. I put my car in there for standard everyday repairs and would get told every time I went there something was wrong with my car. I had to take my car back there several times due to it not being repaired properly and each time there was an excuse from the manager at the time named Nigel. Recently around 2 weeks ago I took my car back there for a follow up repair which was a re seal and oil leak which again was not repaired and I paid $200 for this. And there is not just one oil leak there is about 3 in which they should have fixed and did not fix. Al up I have spent over $2000 there to fix my car and I still have on going problems in which I think I should be entilted to some sort of refund. I am not happy at all as even the new Manager that has taken over was the one that was meant to fix this oil leak and it is still leaking along with 2 other leaks they were meant to fix. And also underneath my car has been damaged due to an apprentice driving my car up onto the hoste and scraping the tray at the front which they were of meant to put a new one on but they did not as I looked underneath and it was broken and hanging down. I am not very happy at all as my car was not repaired properly and each time I went to collect it I mainly would have to stand around waiting even though I was told to come and pick up my car.

Easy to discuss what needed to be done and informed me of extra work that could be done immediately or within the next three months.

Car wasn’t fixed probably the control arm needed replacing which was done but not probably there was no bolt put back in where the control arm needed it which caused the control arm to pop back out while driving home all bolts for engine mount where loose and not done up properly. Took it back to the shop to show on Friday the the guy we spoke to told us he would get that all sorted on Monday as the guy who originally was working on it Nigel left the shop and wasn’t working there anymore but we didn’t make it home broke down on the side of the road and got picked up and tried to get all that sorted just to get it home I come back later to my car and it had been burnt out I have no car I worked my butt off to get this car as I’m not rich now that’s 10 grand down and now I have to try and work my butt off again to try and get a new car I know it’s not the guy there’s fault but come on how can you guys let us drive away knowing the car wasn’t the best to drive home and then meant to drive it back to you guys.

On booking my Colorado for a service, it was stated on the banner on the wall that standard services fees are $199.00 this was what I wanted. When I went to pickup my ute, I asked if the tyre pressure check was part of the service and was informed that it was, noted there had been a tyre pressure cap that was impossible to remove for the purpose of checking tyre pressure and noticed it was still on there, when I questioned this I was informed that the tyre stem needed to be replaced and the tyres had not been checked, noted the stem was replaced and the tyres were then checked but not before. The service fee on the receipt showed $313.00 after having to ask for the receipt. When I question this, I was told my service booked could not be signed, which it had already been signed. I argued this with the mechanic meaning that the signed service book was to cost me $114.00, which I was not happy about, the mechanic then quickly refunded me the $114.00 over charge. This is not good enough, firstly if I hadn't of asked my receipt I would not have known about the overcharge until checking my account, secondly services being charged were not done until questioned about them. Very poor management, unhappy customer and will not be recommending this service mechanic to anyone.

they found the issue, didnt have the part but promptly ordered it and fixed in the space of a week

Nigel and the team are friendly, accommodating and competent. They explain everything clearly and don’t treat me like a ‘stupid woman’ and I like the guarantees and bonus support for any work done.

Prompt and good repair. Great customer service.
