May I say what a delightful experience at mycar Wallsend . Polite, respectful, knowledgeable. The manager mick sumner bends over backwards to help you. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you mycar Wallsend

Friendly staff and fixed my problem with the car

disability support worker with disability van with dying battery, went to Waratah workshop, they did not have the battery we needed but lined us up to be serviced asap by the Wallsend workshop - from beginning to end all the guys we dealt with were professional, friendly, customer focused, service orientated, VERY professional and VERY efficient, I can't recommend these guys highly enough, I was very impressed

I had a very disappointing experience with MyCar, mainly due to poor communication and lack of basic quality checks.

When I initially booked the tyres, I was not informed that they were not yet available. I arrived for my appointment only to be told I had to rebook, which wasted my time and required an extra visit.

I was also told that someone would call me to confirm once the tyres arrived, but I never received any call. Instead, I had to follow up myself and verify multiple times.

Even after the tyres were finally fitted and wheel alignment was done, the experience didn’t end well. As soon as I left with my car, the low tyre pressure warning started beeping. If new tyres are being installed along with wheel alignment, it’s basic expectation that tyre pressure is checked and set correctly before handing the car back. Unfortunately, this final safety check was clearly missed.

Overall, the service lacked communication, coordination, and attention to detail. I expected much better from a professional automotive service provider.

The Wallsend manager is very accommodating and the tyres were exactly what I ordered. The reception area is very small and needs expanding.
