ihad a flat tyre over the easter break and had to put my spare on which is a tiny tyre so i could not go any where really just a to b ater the easter break i phoned wannero and they were kind enough to fit me in first thing in the morning as i had to go to work very t5hankfull to them

The guys did a good job. Thorough and gave recommendations.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. I am very satisfied with the work carried out and the service received.

the service was same as before but the price has raised about $50.0 compare to my last visit.

Tried too hard to upsell and did not address the one issue i had when i made the booking

Efficient, honest with quote on work required, nice and friendly staff, been a customer of Wanneroo mycar for 8 years will be staying with them.

Easy online booking to have new tyres put on my car. Very well priced, much cheaper than other tyre businesses around. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Car was ready to pick up ahead of time given. Excellent tyre care plan included.

The only issue I have is that I had to take my car back the following day because some parts had to be ordered.

Service and work was great, I thought they could have vacumed inside the car to achieve 5 star

It was very good. He helped me outright away. and took only 15min to fix the puncture.

My partner booked her car in as she was having issues with her clutch, a new clutch kit was fitted by another company in the city only 11 months ago (7k klms) and her car was hardly drivable as gear selection was becoming hard.
The guys at My car Wanneroo were fantastic and took time explaining in detail to me over the phone on what the issue could be after inspecting. they recommended taking to car back to the company that installed the clutch as it would still have warranty. They adjusted the clutch, so it was more drivable.
They would not accept payment for their time as they said we had already spent a lot of money on the clutch already even know it was with a different company !
Very much appreciated and highly recommended.

Got a bill for 475 dollars for replacing 2 hoses then they told me i need a new cylinder head gasket but they cant do it will never use this lot again

The car is working fantastically and hopefully will continue to do so considering it's only my 2nd day of driving. Thank you.

Excellent service, we had a slight knocking noise from rear of our IX35 which was driving us nuts, Mycar mechanic sorted noise out within a couple of minutes, we have always found Mycar helpful, as in the past we have had other vehicles serviced there and they have always done a great job, I would recommend Mycar Wanneroo
