Very informative, helpful, gave me a lift home, rang me telling me that the problem was not what he first thought it was a lesser one so honest. All were cheerful. I like to see how they interact with other customers. All were treated with respect.

Don’t waste your time and money.

I needed an urgent tyre puncture fix and they were very quick to assist. They fixed the puncture, pumped up all my tyres, even my spare and washed my rims. Amazing work. No extra cost, just amazing work so something so simple.

The service was excellent, friendly, speedy and efficient. The tryres at really great. Thank you! 😀

I had concerns driving my vehicle with faulty steering. On discussing with the staff member he advised me it was the bushes therefore I booked my car in for this repair. He also asked if I needed a service so I also booked that at the same time.
On dropping of my car I gave a verbal approval to the staff member to go ahead and repair the bushes-no need to phone/text me for approval.
On collecting my car after leaving it there all day, all that was done was the service.
When I got home I phoned and the staff member denied I had booked in for the bushes to be done.

On time, good price. Punctured tyre happily replaced free of any charge under their warranty.

I had my Suzuki Swift car serviced by a mobile mechanic franchise (it was overheating). The problem was not solved, they did some more work, I paid for it, but it did not solve my problem. They promised to come back on Friday 2nd job of the day. They did not come back as promised on a Friday, and when the mechanic finally answered and I was able to talk with him, he said they could only come end of the next week, then they hung up on me when I asked why they did not call me earlier to let me know. So I was stuck on a Friday mid afternoon with no working vehicle for the next week.

I called MyCar Friday around 2.45pm. He said he might be able to take a look Saturday if I drop the car of immediately, no promises but would try.

Not only did MyCar fix the problem (it was overheating), but the car was due a service and they were able to fit that in as well.

They were fantastic and saved my bacon. My work is 1 hours drive from home with no way to use public transport to get there and back.

I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Best service, no fuss, they just found the problem and fixed it.

I found the guys in there approachable, knowledgeable and friendly, they also went the extra mile to help solve my car issues, will definitely go there again
