I got a quote from a car dealership to replace front and rear breaks, these guys in Waniassa were honest and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. Really appreciated their service.

Carried out the service in the time quoted. And everything is working well.

I always use my car Wanniassa. This time round I was very overdue for a major service and there was no condescending judgment, just great service. I was also quite sick and they were very understanding and accommodating around drop off/pick up times.

I dropped the car off for a service at 8.15. When I had not heard anything by 5.15pm I went to the garage and was told the car would be ready in 15 minutes. It was eventually ready at 6.15pm!
Timely it was not, but I did receive a discount on labour costs because of the delay

Very fast and easy

I’ve been taking my Mazda CX-5 to the MyCar team at Wanniassa for the past 18 months (having done 3 x 10K services, renewing my tyres and most recently changing my suspension) after I had a below par experience with Mazda Phillip. I’m always made to feel like a valued customer by Michael & Josh. They are always happy to answer any questions. They have also been honest with any limitations they may have with longer times due to staff shortages and I’m thankful for that. As someone who has only 1 car, I need to know if I’m going to get my car back in time or not. I can’t fault their service in any way and highly recommended having your next service there.

Really helpful team at the Wanniassa branch! They arranged a booking at short notice to assist with a recent breakdown and negotiated a reasonable price! Very grateful for all the help getting back on the road so fast 👏🏻

The right headlight had blown and I don’t like driving at night with only one headlight. I called into my car Wanniassa this morning and the staff were obliging and polite and replaced the headlight for me. Thank you my car Wanniassa.

Josh at reception was very helpful, and detailed what my service included. Called me before any work was done to confirm I was good to proceed. Explained in detail how brake pads worked and when they would need changing, hence did not need them done this time. I felt they did not take advantage, especially as a woman accessing these services. And they called as soon as the car was ready. Very very happy and will use them again.

Fantastic service, quick, efficient and polite. The battery in my car remote had stopped working and I couldn’t lock or unlock the doors. The staff member was very helpful, he replaced the battery immediately and I was on my way. Cost of this first class service was only $9.00! The best money I’ve ever spent. Thank you mycar Wanniassa.
