Timely and accurate. Best place to service.

Great service and Customer service. First time customer and was very happy with the service.

They found an appointment quickly for me, were very accommodating with a drop off and pick up time and explained everything thoroughly and completed the work quickly so I could get my car back in time for school pick up

Such great customer service. We had a wheel alignment as part of our service which the tech wasn’t happy with how it drove 1st time so she did it again!

Cameron, and his trainee at the Waratah location did a fantastic job. From the moment I called to make an appointment Cameron was professional, polite and informative. The process was easy, the service was quick, and the staff went above and beyond and fixed a small issue I had with my windscreen wipers - not listed as a service given, but a great example of the little things. I would strongly recommend My Car Waratah to friends and family. Pricing was fair, service was fast & staff were funny.

All the workers are terrific to deal with. I am an uber driver and absolutely need to rely on and trust these guys and gal's to do the right thing.

The boss needs to give the boys a break and get them a new phone/IT provider. Computer/lines down means poor customer outcomes and so much more pressure on your staff when they have much better things to be doing other than constantly checking if the line is up and running yet!!

The mechanics were open and honest with information and upfront with costs.

We were told the wheels and tyres would be in by 1pm but they were not delivered, in the end we waited until 5.30 for the wheels and tyres to be replaced. Then we had to come back the next day because the car was pulling to to the left. They worked on the car for another hour and couldn’t fix it and told us to drive it for 1,000 and then bring it back

I booked my car in online for a pink slip. This was a simple, quick and easy process where I could select an available time that suited me and could also nominate a time to collect the car.
On the day, the MyCar centre was ready for me and completed the check under the nominated time and alerted me to something that wasn’t urgent but worth asking about at my next service (which they didn’t pressure me to book with them).
I have taken my car to MyCar a few times now and have always had a great experience and good reliable service for my car. Thank you.

Excellent and timely service. I ordered my tyres online using my rego but there was something wrong with the size. The team quickly sources the correct size and fitted and aligned them in record time.

Fantastic service by the staff, very good

Booked me in at short notice did my spark plugs change first up and was finished by 9:30am
Gave me a seniors card discount which was a nice touch
Very happy with their service
