Probably not the cheapest work I have had on my car, but reasonably professional and they did find out the problem with my engine overheating and fixed it.

Booked for 10-11am, system hadn't advised the store of the amount of jobs in there; got it back just after 12. Bloke on the desk was great, hospitable and honest upfront, so 5 stars for him and the team (not a usual trait from MyCar stores given prior experiences at Cranbourne, Frankston, and Southland); the system let it down.
Top marks for doing everything they could given the situation. Thanks gents.

Very Friendly, great service and knowledge, Tyre's feel fantastic would highly recommend Chase and his team.

I got 4 new tyres, fairly priced and loved the service and the guys were polite, though whilst walking to pick the car up, I was passed by the mechanic who was breaking my new tyres in, but he was absolutely flying and the engine was roaring.
I wasn’t happy especially as I have a refurbished engine, I thought the car would be driven not only with care but at the speed limit

On or around 18/03/26 I (Carol) booked our WNCaprice 1QN3RC for 4 new tyres (Pirelli) as recommended by staff member. Prior to, changed booking to, front to back and 2 new tyres to front + wheel alignment. Front L)side new tyre required air every 3 days. Booked back in 15/4/26 to address issue. 15/4/26 staff member called my partner John saying 2 new tyres were required on back and they had 2 in stock! ( this would be the 2 I had decided I didn’t want to proceed with originally). John unaware of booking reason said yes whatever it needs. I then phoned and asked re findings of investigation of the booking reason of front L) side NEW Pirelli tyre loosing air to be told they hadn’t even looked at it!! When picking up the car and paying for 2 tyres on back I didn’t want, I asked what can be done re new front Pirelli loosing air staff member said fits into 28 day guarantee, wrote it down in front of me stating they would order a new tyre (free of charge) and contact us when in. That was 15/4/26 and have heard nothing since! Now 6/5/26
How long does it take to order 1 tyre and contact client?
And the wheel alignment we paid for originally wouldn’t be fitting now they added new tyres I didn’t want on back or another wheel alignment when/ if the new front replaced. Am I required to pay another wheel alignment once their muck up is fixed and front L) hand is if ever replaced under warranty?
Unfortunately dissatisfied with service, communication and mainly neglecting reason of booking, rating a 1 star review only

Mycar Warragul were very prompt with working on my car. The staff are conscientious and friendly and I would recommend them for any car repairs and tyres.

Super service yet again,
I popped in yesterday as I cancelled my booking last week for new brakes ( due to work )
I was able to get them done today, these guys are super. A large part of it I'm sure is because of the manager Chase who's organisation skills are customer focused including his great communication, his a real people person with commitment to do right by the company and customer to boot)
