They are the worst in customer service and refuse to accept their mistakes. They are not open to discuss vehicle issues they fail, which is contrary to VSI 26 expectations and are a law unto themselves. They are pushing for profit and they unlawfully over sell RWC repairs and instead of talking about is, refer me to Vicroads with arrogance. DO NOT SUPPORT THEIR CORRUPTION AND DISHONESTY.
The only thing they are interested in is their ego. It wont be long and their RWI licence will be revoked because of their ignorance to talk like mature business men.
There customer services is not there for the customer but for defending their mistakes. Lets shutt them down for good.

More attention needs to be given to what is diagnosed with the vehicle when it is picked up so the customer has an idea of what is a priority and possibly an estimate of cost so they can work with you and possibly start organising the repairs

Staff communicated what they were doing.

Under promised but overdelivered in terms of time to finish the service.

They are an unprofessional and money-driven operation. Their quotations are excessively high—completely unreasonable. I have continued to use their services over the years despite consistently observing their lack of professionalism. On one occasion, they installed the wrong battery in my car and failed to address the issue I initially brought to their attention. The front desk staff, particularly a man named William, was extremely rude. I genuinely hope he finds peace—he must be going through something. In any case, I will not be returning.

Great service, communication and support.

As always the team made sure my car was safe, did the work required and went over what was found, suggested when to do said work and even found something i had no clue about. They’ve never let me down. Will continue to bring my car back to this team.

Excellent service. Had a puncture and they repaired it promptly without a booking. The team at My Car Werribee have wonderful customer service staff and I would definitely bring my car back in the future.

Great service. Reception guy said to wait because new tyre hubcaps could be fitted while I waited - and he was right - 30 mins and the car was ready! Very grateful.
