No loan car service or Uber drop-off.
Taking all day for an BYD ev car. Texted car is ready to pickup, when went there to pickup systems down and I have to wait for 20 minutes with my toddler and he missed his swimming class. Lucky I manage to get out in 20 minutes because I paid online.

I arranged to have new tyres fitted. Dropped off the car, was given the approximate time of completion. I received an SMS message prior to the due time and the staff member was polite and efficient.

Recently I have been to my car and I have been served by Keith I haven’t seen anyone helping so much to me he is very very polite and keen to help.

It was great! I took my car in for a tire change and the people that greeted me were real nice! They gave me a timeframe of about an hour after dropping my car off because they were real busy, but completed it in like 25 minutes which was great. All round a very easy, convenient and solid service at mycar Werribee.

Having no knowledge of cars at all. I felt so anxious, calling to get my windows fixed. I forgot my phone number AND my name while explaining the problem with my windows. The shop assistant explained in detail, so I could understand what the problem was, how to fix it, plus the cost of everything.
The shop assistant and mechanics not only fixed my windows, but were kind, patient and empathetic when they communicated with me.

Customer service was great. Manager was very diligent and answered all the questions my son and I asked. My car got 4 new Tyers and was done and ready for pickup by lunch time. Over all it was a really good experience

Huge thank you to the guys at Werribee Mycar for the service of my car today. I had a short time frame and everything was completed on time including an unexpected fitting of new tyres and alignment.

I was having an issue with my rear tyre which I bought from mycar couple of months back. The pressure of the tyre kept on decreasing every few days. I am sure it was a puncture and I took my car to the centre but the team said that there is no issues and they didnt find anything. I am still having issues with my tyre. I believe they didnt do the job properly because they had to do it for free as I am under the tyre care plan where the puncture needs to be repaired for free. I would suggest not to advertise anything for free if you cant service it for free.

Experience was good and they returned the car promptly on time

They completed the service on Saturday and replaced all tires. They over inflated the tires, Mitsubishi Pajero Sport 2016 should be inflated to specs of 29 psi front and 32 psi rear, they had them all at 43psi, luckily I had sensors and I fixed that issue myself. However, I noticed on Wednesday (4 days post service) there was a large amount of oil in my driveway, upon inspection I realised they had left the dipstick out by about 3 cm and the car has been squirting oil out since the service. It is now virtually empty of engine oil. I will be calling tomorrow morning at 8 am and leaving the car with them to have the oil issue replicated and I expect them to wash down the engine bay. I am not impressed!

PSA:
Big tyre shop however, bring your own wheel brace and extention bar if you have child seats. (or have them readily available)

I spent north of $1500 and got 4 brand new tyres and when I came to collect the car, I realised the spare wheel is just chuked in the back of the Ute and not under the tray as it should be.

I was told that their policy prevents the workers from touching a child seat so they can't access my wheel brace & extension bar located behind the back seat. In other words child seats are preventing them from accessing the tools they need.

I was surprised to hear that any Mycar store does not have a wheel brace and extention bar to fit a spare wheel in a Ford Ranger Utility which is a very common vehicle.

I just unclipped the child seats and handed this very unique tool to the worker who was visibly annoyed that he had to now do some work! (Bro! seriously? 😂)

Car was ready earlier than expected so I could collect it on my lunch break.

Guys did a great job. They called with the extra work that needed to be done and gave me to option to do it immediately or to book it in again. It was also done reasonably quickly. A bit pricey but it is good to know that I also have roadside assist included.

I had the pleasure of having repairs and service done on My FG Falcon XR6.
Service, rocket cover gasket, four disks and brake pads.
I also got four new Continental tyres fitted, balanced and a wheel alignment.
The work was completed in one day and was ready to pick up late afternoon.
Mel especially was very personable and extremely helpful.
The professional service was exceptional and I highly recommend them, when thinking of repairs to your vehicle.
