Excellent. I liked that I was told I had a small future problem but that it would be fine til the next service. I have been taking my car to Windsor for some years now and would and do happily recommend them

I have been a loyal customer of this branch since 2018, and throughout that time I have always experienced a high standard of professionalism and care. However, my recent interactions with Mo over the past week have truly elevated that experience. He brings a rare combination of genuine warmth, enthusiasm, and an unwavering commitment to customer service. On each occasion, he has gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs, always with a sincere smile and a can-do attitude from the very start of the day. His presence is not only reassuring as a customer, but clearly sets a positive tone for the entire team.

I would also like to make special mention of Ruby, who is, without hesitation, my favourite mechanic in Melbourne. Over the years, I have come to deeply trust her expertise, professionalism, and dedication. It is genuinely refreshing and reassuring to see such a skilled and passionate young female mechanic in the industry. She consistently demonstrates both technical excellence and a thoughtful, customer-focused approach.

The combination of strong leadership from Mo and the ongoing excellence of team members like Ruby is what makes this branch stand out. It is rare to encounter such a high level of care, consistency, and integrity in service, paired with fair and transparent pricing.

Very helpful . Mo (?) was very good and helped. Service was efficient, and no unexpected surprise fortunately. Good, and convenient.

mycar Windsor is very good with attentive staff and a convenient location.

I booked in for a standard 249 dollar service. When I vent into the office I was presented for at 399 dollar service to sign which I said 'no thank you' to. When I got the call back after the service he said that it needed some minor fixes which I agreed to, then he said I could pick it up around midday. I arrived at 2pm and the car was not ready, he then said he'd never said it was ready that time. Not acceptable. I then cancelled the rest of the fixes just to take my car elsewhere. I later on figured out that he overpriced the fixes (that I cancelled). Don't go there if you appreciate service and trustworthy people.
