These people kept calling me.
Answered and they had my details!! this was concerning but then they tried to get my email and tried to get me to click on a link to commence the claim. I kept asking them how they obtained my details but could not answer... Please be aware these guys are definiately scammers!!

Not sure where they got my personal data from however they continue to annoyingly contact me via text despite having asked them to delete my data. It’s a pitty the FCA are so toothless in these matters.

They are a fraud company. They have been calling me for 2 months now, sometime they say it’s regarding your PCP claim, sometime they mention it’s about ur car finance. I don’t drive, never had a car. They call 3 times a day.

Just had a scammer call from 01582952434 from 'Smith Edwards' about a finance claim. I immediately recognized it as a scam. When I asked if they were scamming people, he became very defensive and told me not to believe any negative reviews online. He was so persistent and seemed to enjoy talking, so I let him carry on for nearly 10 minutes hopefully that's a few minutes less he'll have to waste on his next victim.
Please be careful and never give out personal details like your address or bank information. Learn to spot the scam signs and stay safe!

definately a scam, they are using Smith Edwards and text me using a display name of S.Edwards, asking me for lots of PI. I stated I would contact Smith Edwards and then they hung up! Brilliant, caught in the act!

This company does not take no for an answer. I have asked them multiple times to remove me from their system, even to the point that I have suggested that they are now harassment calls yet they still phone me. This has been going on for well over 6months.

Scammers beware

Scam artist, tried to tell me i went with the company to process my car finance claim. I'd never heard of them. I couldn't really understand him in broken English. He started to get very angry when I wouldn't sign off Authority for them to act on my behalf. I know the company that are dealing with my claim and it definitely isn't this shower.

Absolutely sick to the back teeth of being contacted by this company and others regarding car finance claims. They have none of my details apart from a name and phone number therefore they are on a phishing expedition so, as far as I am concerned, they are are cold calling. These companies ought to be banned by law. They are running scared that their potential profits are going to be hit as the FCA have made it clear that no-one needs to use them to submit a valid claim. Blocked over 10 different numbers in the last couple of weeks.

Disgusting company, scammed my details to try defraud a PCP claim and fraudulently kept calling once an official complaint had been raised and a GDPR SAR request.

This most definitely a scam, caller is inarticulate and does not grasp basic English. Call shows Leeds number 0113 8440279 with any 'phone links comming from07908 684547. DO NOT ACCESS Has been reported.

Cold callers scamers, I've asked them to remove my number many times but they still call 4 or 5 times a day, they need closing down

This is a scam company. Beware.

Constant col calls about 10 in the past 4 months -not sure how they got my details and tried to block the number but they ring on a different one everytime.

Scammers who are rude and cold call you, they need closed down and the owners arrested for fraud

Cold called me twice in 1 week even though I have registered for tps.

Definitely a scam. Do not engage with this firm and certainly do not open any links they send you.

Cold calling people, I don't even have a car......

Received unsolicited call. I’m TPS registered so they should never have called in the first place but then had incorrect information on top.

Reported to TPS.

Spam calls. Go away.
