Keep calling me 5 times a day, and disturb me with my work even when I asked them to remove my phone number from system and stop calling me , they still try to minimum 3-5 times every day even afyer 18.00 when its my time for family they have no respect to others.

Awful and pushy company that won't take no for an answer. Received a cold call going on about car finance and wouldn't listen to the fact that I never had any, when she eventually listened she then moved onto diesel claim and wouldn't stop with that. Asked were they got my details from and was told they were passed on from a 3rd party, then kept going on about what she can do for me as I am already a client of theirs - just receiving details from a 3rd party makes me a client, go figure. Asked her to remove my details and she refused, then finally realising she was getting nowhere she ended the call.

They are very trying, they contacted me saying they can help me claim compensation for my car finance but they had my address from a few years ago, they asked me a lot of personal details including my date of birth and my email address. They then sent me a txt where they wanted me to sign the form whilst still on the phone to them. I became a bit sketchy about this and said to the person on the phone that I would just need to check that this isn't a scam, to which he responded very quickly " why would you think that, I haven't asked for any details about your bank or anything". Which was a red flag.
They insisted on calling me back later that day and have since called me 4 times. I told them I'm not signing the form.
All these clues made me think this is very likely a scam.

They keep calling me despite me telling them numerous times to remove me from their contact lists.
I refused their PCP claim - then they tried to ask about Diesel claims and i refused that as well - they clearly dont take no for an answer.
So now I will file a harassment claim with the relevant authorites in order to get them to stop

They called me this afternoon - saying they can help me claim back mis sold finance. I refused to give my address to first call handler, proceeded to tell me they're regulated by FCA etc. Once i had put the phone down, they called me back but this time a different person, saying 'look look look' we're regulated etc.. Just asked to be removed from their records & for no one to call me again. Never experienced someone calling back when you already said no! Very persistent!!!!

Cold called by this 'company'. Person had my name wrong, took 3 attempts for me to find out who/what company she was calling from. Finally she said My Car Group. I hung up as I have never owned a car and can't drive.

I looked it up on Companies House website and it shows the company was dissolved in 2024. Website listed above on Trustpilot for the company displays 'coming soon' on the landing page.

The number I was called from was 01598360047. A search on 'who called me' website returned the following information - This number is a landline owned by Voxbone SA, and is located in Lynton, England.

A search for Voxbone SA provided this information - Voxbone SA are a communications company providing virtual phone numbers and cloud voice services to international carriers, contact centers, and UCaaS/CPaaS providers!!
Probable SCAM

It's very likely a scam, they contacted me saying they can help me claim compensation for my car finance but they had my address from 13 years ago, they were asking me a lot of details including my date of birth and they wanted my to sign a form while on the phone.
They insisted on calling me back later today when I said I wouldn't sign any form.

This is very likely a scam. They phone you from what looks like a UK landline, tell you that you had a car on finance, and they can get you money back, but to do so you need to give your personal details and click on a link they send you. These are all warning signs this could be a scam. The company doesn’t actually exist in the UK and their website says it’s under construction. The number that called me was 01420 358766
