When item arrived it was smashed. Quickly sent a replacement

Disappointingly there was a small crack in the Perspex but as I need the box for this weekend there was no time to send it back.
Otherwise it’s ok for the job.

Very poor quality - given how much the box cost I expected better

Big Company symbol in the corner, which was not on the Picture on the website.

Chose colour because website said it was available - Had to chase to find out when delivery would be - to be told four weeks. I was offered another colour and box arrived promptly.
Collection box is Ok but padlock is very small

The charity boxes came well packaged, delivered in a few days, The boxes are well made, The large boxes are a little smaller than other large boxes from other companies, But still plenty big enough. My only issue is you can’t buy the display part separately on the web site, we have some of our Charity boxes in pubs and one has already been broken .

The box looked big in the picture but it is very small. It is not suitable for charity events such as survey cards/ feedback forms or donations (in envelopes).
I tried to discuss over the phone but so far is no luck.
I have to buy another box (bigger size) elsewhere.
