This app is absolute joke, I have 2 children and they go to different schools and unfortunately they use this app and the app doesn’t recognise them. I try to change my password but keeps coming up with errors and for some reason I needed 2 user name and it’s still doesn’t recognise my kids. This is so frustrating and now I can’t pay for school meals for my child. I wish the schools didn’t change to this most ridiculous app.

Try to make payments 2nd week into this app its very appalling 100% full of bugs the creators should have tried and tested this before it was released.

Really spotty performance, quite often down especially in the late afternoon. Lacks the detail which Talaxy provided and generally looks like a kid made this as a school project rather than an industry leading piece of software. Really backward step from Talaxy usability - sad the school changed it!

School changed from ClassCharts to MCAS this year and have to say the app is VERY BASIC - no overall summary of the week or term or charts. Web page slightly better but no trends or anything for a parent to view.

Nonexistent customer service. Emailed them twice as can't log in or retrieve login details but still haven't heard back. Haven't been able to enroll my child onto any clubs or pay for breakfast club. Awful experience. Schools need to take action against the creators of this app. The fact they haven't bothered to reply to any reviews on trustpilot is a testimony to their non existing customer care.

Really bad app. Poorly developed. Our school uses it and so forced to try and book clubs/holiday clubs etc. Some parents see some things, others don’t. It crashes when parents all go on to book at the same time.

An example today. Holiday club doesn’t show up on the app or the website for us and some other parents, however, other parents report they see it no problem. How on earth can this happen?

It’s developed by amateurs and should be shut down. I will be lobbying our school to get rid of it and find something written by competent developers.

This app is awful. Half the time you can't log in or retrieve details and it doesn't tell you anything either.

Absolutely appalling. Completely un-user-friendly to view. Information all over the place. Another excuse for teachers not to write written personal reports.

Dreadful login / registration experience.

Dreadful UI on payment errors.

Not recommended (but hard to avoid if your school has adopted it).
