Good Customer Service
Amelia is great! I purchased 3 different solutions for my machine and received two of the same. I contacted the company and worked with Amelia who quickly shipped the correct product and provided excellent customer service.

Great customer care
Very nice, very helpful & very responsive. My package was supposed to be delivered by a certain date, but because of a holiday in their country, it was not. They were sure to explain the situation to me and make sure that it got to me immediately after the holiday, and it did. I truly appreciated the great customer care.

Very satisfied with my purchase from mychway. I was a bit nervous because it stated my package was delivered but wasn't I then looked at my cameras no package I contacted mychway they were very informative with tracking number phone numbers. I then contacted UPS they had my package I picked it up. and let Mychway It was in my possession. Thank you mychway for your concern and for your help Mychway deserves a 5 start rating. then I asked for instructions for my sShape 30k That quickly it was on my email. 🫶

We bought 2 machines from myChway and one was faulty when it arrived. The customer service was very quick to respond and when problems couldn’t be resolved a replacement was sent out immediately. Will definitely be buying from them again in the future.
