I was satisfied that I had access to a team that answered all my questions and called me back whenever I needed the communication was great, I was able to tract the car in what part of the country it was at the time. The car needed a Car wash that's It!!

Previous guest clothes in draws, on arrival. No coffee and opened packets of sugar in pot. Clearly the room had not been cleaned prior to our arrival.
Theses issues raised with managers but not addressed through the duration of our stay.
No attention to detail AT ALL from housekeeping.
No towel change throughout our stay.
Full price cruise paid. Not value for money.
Public area lovely and clean. Sleeping environment absolutely disgusting.
Food average in both market place buffet and formal dining. Nothing special.
Been on many other cruises. This was by far the worst.

Myclaimsolved is not a company to trust regarding plevin claims.
My experience with them has been very bad and i wish I had never contacted them in the first place, it was fine getting an initial response but after that email messages were ignored and I had no updates for months ,even though I was promised to be kept informed.
Don't trust this company and if you hear from Rebecca Wratten then the best of luck as she will spin you a yarn, and she will ignore your emails.

I did most of the work for the one and only payment made to me.
They later sent a second invoice for money I never received. I refused to pay their fee. I asked for information to help locate the money. Refused. I asked them to prove the debt within 30 days. Refused. I made them an offer of half on first invoice, refused. So I paid in 12 instalments and they heard I had health issues so decided to take me to Court. I recently had two mental health breakdowns, one last year with mum and her health care and one this year with our home being threatened by reprocession. This was just a few weeks ago.
These vindictive so and sos insisted on Court hearing. The process has dragged on since last June for various reasons mostly their fault but also as the Court had long delays after Covid closures. It was actually meant to go to arbitration and I was granted more time. I submitted medical reports but these insisted I some how prove I am mentally ill. My doctor was in the middle of doing this but these wouldn't allow another delay so vital information wasn't seen by the Court.
My Claim Solved then lied on the claim pack claiming the full amount they say was owed but didn't acknowledge my 12 x £12.65 payments. These should have been removed.
I had expected another delay due to my ill health but according to them they somehow got a default judgement. I actually don't believe them as the Court are actually reviewing my evidence from my GP. These people are liars and fraud merchant. They do not have any proof of the alleged payment and I just found new evidence that strengthen my case.
They made calls to my family and husband which is not allowed as its not their claim and nothing to do with them. They knew of mental health problems and still did this.
It's not even a priority debt, even if it was owed. They even sent out a fake enforcement officer before a hearing was even allocated to my local court.
Beware they are not even regulated fully as they have applied for cancellation. It's on the Financial Ombudsman and Financial Conduct Regulations Website. I am making a formal complaint on their dubious activities. Do the same.

Well, after they thought they were going to win by taking me to court after I decided to sort the ppi myself because they branded themselves âBlackhorseâ I realised what scam merchants they actually are. It was so gratifying to hear the judge say that they failed to correctly deal with the claim and furthermore had no right to chase me for my money after I did all the work! On the court day they couldnât even be bothered to turn up and they sent a representative for the day, needless to say I won, they owe me money and never paid it.

Emailed once, I signed nothing, when they worked out that I had no PPI they made up some odd nonsense that I had not sent them some paperwork they had asked for (even though they had never asked for it) - then demanded £800 because I had not sent them such paperwork and i had breached contract and forged an electronic contract.
Basically, they work on the basis that there is "no win no fee" - However if there is "no win" so they then find a way to imply you broke contract and have to pay! Its a scam, I have reported to the police and ombudsman services.

I have read a few reviews here which I can very much relate to. August 2020 I was sent some papers following a phone call about an ISA I had nearly 20 years ago. I signed it and sent them off, then a week later a young man calls me to say they are having trouble locating records so I myself had to call this investment firm my self to get my old account number. In doing so, said investment firm were absolutely lovely and said we would like to deal with this directly. 100% claim back to meâŠ. or so I thought. In my next phone call to MCS, I said I was dealing with it on my own and I no longer required their services. I heard little to nothing since, just a phone call last year about the claim which I reiterated I had sorted it myself. Then yesterday I happened upon an email in my junk folder by fluke, stating that I owe them £316????!!! For what? Details I sleuthed myself? Iâm in both the throes of divorce and saving for a mortgage so I cannot afford to have a CCJ on my records, so I guess Iâm going to have to pay the £316 Iâm being blackmailed for. As a few have said before, there is zero compassion or allowances for autism or mental health issues here, only pen pushing and money grabbing. Absolutely disgusting.

Absolutely awful. Customer service non existent. Don't win anyway then send you a bill for £600 when you've told them you have covid and can't get out of bed to sort out the documents they need!!! Just awful, have caused me so much stress and upset and can't even get them to acknowledge me.

All I have to say is that they are cowboys. A member of staff filled in a form on my behalf over the phone , refused to post it to me to complete myself, took ages to respond to me, yet when I hadnât replied to a letter from them which I never received they sent me a huge legal bill. I had asked for numerous updates from the company but have been ignored and received no response to the claims I made. In the beginning they were so different and confident I would get a claim. Ended up costing me money, avoid them!

If your thinking of making a claim, I wouldn't bother with this company. They have been dealing with my claim for well over 2 years, it could even be 3, who knows? it's been such a long time that I have forgotten. You can't track your claim because that part on their site has been out of action for a while now, I even thought they had gone out of business because they were so quiet. They seem enthusiastic to begin with but that soon wains. It's a shame because I purposely didn't go with the bigger company's that advertise everywhere, in hindsight I should have done because I have been let down by this one.
