Service ouvert et de qualité.

Non, j'ai étais très bien accueillis par un service compétent et très réactif..
Beaucoup de correction et d'amabilité mais je ne souhaite pas reconduire mon abonnement...merci pour votre sens civique et votre dévouement ...

Item not received

What i have remembered i had ordered an item that i could not remember from your company through internet, i have not received that item but this would be deducted from my bank account. i have not requested to be a member also because i do not have enough idea about your company. i could not remember also the exact date of my transaction.

I ordered the wrong product by mistake

I ordered the wrong product by mistake. I immediately contacted the support department, where I reported my problem, they immediately tried to help me with my problem. Now everything is fine, thank you for the positive and quick settlement. Thank you very much for this help and great behavior
