Great professional and friendly cleaners and easy scheduling process. Impressed.

Extremely unhappy with the service of late. In my capacity as Vaibhav's mom, I was handling the cleaning appointments from outside the US. Visited my son's apartment yesterday & found the service to be very poor:
1. Filthy kitchen counter top strewn with dirty glasses, tissue paper, empty plastic packets & cartons, & food stuck to the counter which required intensive scrubbing before it was removed
2. The condition of the dining/study table & TV console was the same- not even dusted, nor the papers there piled up, so it could be cleaned
3. The area below the bed had not been swept for a few weeks- again strewn with paper, plastic, cartons
4. The bedside table again had not been cleaned for weeks with papers & coins actually stuck to the table, probably with food articles which had been dropped there weeks ago
5. The only area which was clean was the bathroom & a part of the living area
Overall very disappointed with the service, specially given the costs involved & your reputation coupled with the fact that the cleaning is scheduled regularly at a 2 week interval.
P.S. Vaibhav has never had the opportunity to meet the cleaning lady - Aurora- given his schedule.

I have the same lovely lady come timely and does a great job, and importantly I trust her in my home to be respectful and also do a great job. I have been very happy with the service from myclean.

I have requested the last couple of cleanings for the shower walls to be cleaned and they have not been either time. Additionally, it doesn't look like the floors were cleaned thoroughly (e.g. spots on the hardwood).

You'll have a great experience so long as you communicate well with your cleaner! I find the reservation system a little annoying that you have to email/call/text someone to edit an appointment, but they always respond immediately so it's not a burden.

The administration is great. Cleaners are variable. It took a few tries, but on my third clean I had a conscientious Cleaner who did a great job, and I've stuck with her since.

The service is generally good. We've had some inconsistencies between cleaners but most have done a very nice job. Cleaners have been very trustworthy and work hard. Rates are on the higher end for this type of service. Customer service is usually very responsive to any scheduling issues though it would be nice if recurring appointment reminders came more than 24 hours in advance. Would give 3.5 stars if that was available.

Great service

I had a few issues at the beginning of the service because of the logistics of the building but after that was resolved, I was very satisfied with the service.

The convenience factor is good but the actual cleaning is pretty bad due to the fact that you never receive the same person more than a few times - so you have to repeat the whole process over again. And some are better than others.

My cleaner is excellent and has done a great job. Can't speak for any other cleaners tho!

The cleaners that I have had are trustworthy and in general do a good job cleaning. The customer service is excellent. The only issue that I have, is that you have to be on top, telling them to clean all those hidden spaces: underneath/top of shelves...

Not always the most thorough clean but the best for the value and the convenience / flexibility of the cleaners. So easy to schedule / reschedule.

Easy to schedule. Cleaning quality can vary but the baseline is very good.

Have been using myclean probably for about a year now and have been pleased with all of our cleaners. Most recently, we have consistently had Heather Styles and she is punctual and amazing at her job.

You guys always do a great job and are so flexible with the schedule!! Everyone is so kind both cleaners and customer service reps! Thanks!!
