Overall, I've been very pleased with MyClean and the service we've received. I greatly appreciate the ease in scheduling cleanings and the fact that MyClean manages the relationship between us and our cleaner. I'm also happy that MyClean offers the cleaners full employment, rather than hiring them as freelancers, which means that they receive benefits.

I have been using MyClean for awhile …
I have been using MyClean for awhile now. It took some time to find a good cleaner who stayed on with the company, but I now have a cleaner who I love that comes every time. I love being able to reschedule appointments online and if I do call, their customer service reps are very courteous and helpful.

Some are better than others
Some cleaners are more thorough than others. The time spent cleaning is pretty short. Last time my cleaner waited until I got home even though I told her to let herself out when she finished. She was obviously waiting for a tip and telling me about some financial problems. I felt for her, as I'm not sure what percentage the housekeepers retain from the total fee. After tipping, the cost for a 2 1/2 hour clean was about $145, which is WAY higher than finding someone on care.com and paying hourly. So while she did a nice job, I cannot afford to continue. More than 80.00 for a 2 1/2 hour clean seems ridiculous to me, I will be finding a cleaner who I can pay directly without the service overhead.

Thanks for responding to our survey. Our cleaners should certainly not be complaining about personal problems or waiting around for a tip. I am sorry about that and I will be addressing it with my staff.
As far as our pricing and timing, our prices are extremely competitive in the industry. There are cheaper options, if you are willing to forgo customer service, insurance, training, bonding, and a company that does right by its staff through offering things like healthcare, 401k matching, etc. That said, our customers quickly learn the difference when they go this route.

Amazing
My schedule varies, so it’s hard to schedule the same MyCleaner every time. But I’ve worked with the same 3 or 4 over the past couple years, and they’ve all done an excellent job. My favorite cleaner is Latasha, just because she’s a super enthusiastic type of person, but that is not to say that the other ladies are not. Like I said, an excellent job every time. The nice thing about a service like MyClean is that it stands by its work and offers someone like me the flexibility I need to manage my home on my crazy schedule.

Cleaners have very specific tasks that they know they must do and that's what they do - nothing more, nothing less. I sometimes have to remind a cleaner of task previously agreed upon. Cleaners are given a minimal time allowance by their agency to complete their cleaning. Price for cleaning is fair. Cleaners are generally in their 30's-40's.

Our cleaners do work off a checklist. They are given an estimated cleaning budget which we have found is sufficient for apartments of a particular size.
If you've found that the budget is insufficient, or that tasks are being consistently overlooked, please let me know so we can work on a solution.
I see that you may have had to remind a previous cleaner about overlooked tasks. This may have been because of an oversight by your previous cleaner (as the notes made clear you had requested some extra services). We apologize.
