bought shoes and wanted to return i have NEVER had an experience like the one with cloudcomfort. i had to video the item . the first attempt was not "thorough " enough so i had to do it again. then send the parcel in origional wrapping via only one venue and then was told when they receive the item they would check and inform me of status. the item was delivered to a PO box and not picked up for almost a week! long story short- i kept pestering them and finally did receive the refund. will never buy from them again

The shoes I ordered was cheep and uncomfortable.!
I sent them back and they are not giving me refund.! The costumer service is horrible

I am in love with my Cloud Comfort mat. Bought for the grandkids - 4 and 2 - so they could dance around and I didn't have to worry about them hitting the tiles. It's luxe. First thing they did was lie down on it. Amazing quality and yes, cloud comfort.

Cannot fault Cloud Comfort. My mat is amazing, so good for me and my 6 month old - it’s encouraged him to start moving more quickly too. Mal

They showed up at 10:02pm to deliver my mattress. They tried giving me some cheap foam mattress that didn’t even look like the pic I ordered from their website. Then they said free shipping on the website and then charged me $50 for shipping. They also didn’t have the bedframe I ordered so guy texted me to give me three other options. So didn’t get the frame I wanted and then tried giving me some cheap mattress. Thank God his delivery driver was reasonable and nice enough to listen to me when I said I did not pay for a foam mattress. Even tho the delivery guy did try and tell me the other mattress in his truck was a queen. I know it wasn’t I worked for a furniture company. Then the owner threatened me and said “well the guy is on your doorstep”. Oh and they showed up in a van that is for a painting company.

I didn’t really understand the benefit of a mattress topper until I tested it out for the first time, and now you wouldn’t catch me without one! I honestly love it so much, it’s soft but doesn’t compromise the firmness of the mattress. I have a good mattress but this mattress topper makes it ridiculously better! Def 5/5 :)

Hubby and I purchased a king bed however it wasn’t soft enough for me. Being a mum of two littles I struggled with sleeping and obviously that’s an essential for a happy household!!
This mattress topper honestly changed the game. I’m now able to have the best sleep of my life (no exaggeration) as it’s like sleeping on a cloud. From the moment I sit on the bed, I melt into it as I lay down. So comfortable and soft but yet not too “pillowy” where joints hurt when you wake. It’s perfect. Highly HIGHLY recommend ☺️

Have been using the Cloud comfort neck pillows for a couple of months and am so impressed. I had a bad neck pain for a while and since using the pillows my neck pain has gone. Highly recommend if you are after neck support. Feel quite firm to start with but I quickly adjusted.
