Great company to get custom shirts from I’d highly recommend them! We have a charity football match on the 19th of July and My club were able to get them done for me ready for the match! We can’t wait to wear our shirts for the match as they are stunning and really good quality! Thank you to the my Club group and James Monk who helped me through the whole thing!

The service was very helpful well thought out, extremely efficient and My Club were always there to advise with a professional, courteous and energetic attitude.

In addition to this, because I am running a charity football match for leukaemia in teenagers My Club donated the kit to me for free.

It doesn’t get much better than that thank you very much to everyone at My Club !

We needed a large order of 300 jerseys for a corporate event on an incredibly short timeline. James Monk and the team over at My Club accommodated every wish we had and somehow managed to get our jerseys to us even earlier than anticipated. The quality is great, and they've been a big hit on our side. Many, many thanks!

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated regarding the service I received during my recent order of netball dresses from my club. If I could rate these 0 stars, I definitely would.

When the dresses arrived they were not up standard. The quality was disappointing as the dress shapes was not made to fit a female silhouette. The dresses were all 4cm shorter than the size guide and all over measurement were out least 1-3cm.

When contacting myclub, the communication was poor and inconsistent from the offset. It was extremely difficult to get clear updates on the progress of my order, and I often had to follow up multiple times to receive even the most basic information. This lack of communication made the entire process unnecessarily stressful and unprofessional. Most concerning was the fact that multiple deadlines were promised and then repeatedly missed.

After calling and sending multiple emails with no prevail, I demanded a refund for the kit and stated I would be leaving a bad review online. It wasn’t until this point that I was contacted by one of my clubs CEO’s who had arranged for an immediate refund.

To make matters worse, after expressing these concerns and receiving my refund, I was offered a complimentary netball kit as a goodwill gesture. However, after accepting the offer and replying to your email, I have not received any further communication. It has now been a month since this was promised.

This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I feel let down by myclubs handling of the entire transaction.

We have used this company twice now and both times we have found them very helpful and efficient.
They designed our kit and sent in a timely fashion.
Excellent service.

Towards the end of last year, we got in touch with My Club hoping they could print the football kits we needed for our project.

Being a very custom and complex order, it took a lot of communication between us and My Club to produce the final design.
However, when we finally received the kits, we couldn't be happier and more satisfied!

What a great experience we have just had with this business ordering tops for our U13 Netball squad.
From the help we received designing our tops, advice with regards to the different materials, easy payment and a very quick turn around with delivery.

the customer service provided by my club group was nothing short of excellent! Summer Collinson particularly, helped me every step of the way, from getting a quote, to submitting my designs, and eventually receiving my kit! she was brilliant. i am so pleased with the quality of the kit as well as how true to size it was.
