I was having trouble downloading my courses and MyCraftingLab got back to me quickly and gave me the information needed to resolve the issue.

I saw the program and thought it would be great for me. I reached out to Customer Service and they were MORE THAN HELPFUL. I am starting my journey today, so I will keep everyone updated :)

Have not previewed it enough to give an honest opinion but for me it was too basic and not what i expected.First choice would have been a refund.

Straightforward help and advice. Very useful for a beginner and would help a practised resiner to refine their results.

They say 8 courses but I only got 2. They said they are working on the other videos for later release but they charged me now. Basic info you can find for free online. Quality of video is bad. Save your money

Hi Everyone I am relatively new to the resin world. I saw the courses and thought I would give it a whirl. I have learnt a lot so far I am up to the part wood and resin. Which I haven't tried yet. Everything is well explained and gives a lot of ideas to try. Even the basics are covered and some of the resin pitfalls, that nobody explains.

I found that that advertising was a bit misleading. It shows you are going to receive instruction for the $47 but you only get PDFs and if you want the video to go with that's more $$$. Somewhat misleading. I would not say that this is stellar information. I can find a lot of it on YouTube for free.

The courses have been extremely helpful, easy to understand and worth the investment to take my hobby to the next level. I'm very excited to start my projects. Customer service have been super helpful and very quick to respond. I look forward to learning more.

I purchased epoxy resin some time ago after seeing a video of someone using it on a paint pour, which looked amazing, but I was not sure how to use it myself.
I have just purchased the course from my crafting lab and, although it’s challenging, I am finding the course useful.
I am starting to grasp the basics of the course, even though there is a lot to take in. I think the video will be a great help, and I am looking forward to using the resin I have along with other resin crafting things I have now purchased.
I had some issues with the purchase which was partly my fault but this was resolved by their team.

I am 75 years old I ordered a course from them, I got it and looked through it and didn’t think I could do it . They were so kind as to offer me a video to show me how. I was so surprised with their kindness to me! Now maybe I can try it.

Customer service is extremely responsive and did not hesitate to assist and resolve my issue expeditiously despite the fact that I contributed to said issue!!

I inadvertently bought the resin course twice and got in touch with the company straight away. They were brilliant and immediately refunded me the money for the second course. I was amazed at the promptness with which this was carried out and I am looking forward very much to starting the course as a hobby.

They’re such a big fraud. Stay away with them. I bought a course and it was so basic I returned right after that and ask refund. They said they’ll refund me if I close PayPal dispute because of extra charges. I did it for them but they didn’t refund my money. Please stay away from them.

I recently purchased ebook & video tutorial on Resin art from My Crafting Lab. Found the content useful and easy to understand with detailed instruction on materials needed process precautions etc. Already on my way to creating my very own resin jewelry ! But what really is worth mentioning is their customer service. Had a few issues & concerns and their customer team was quick to respond. I am happy with my purchase.

Hello fellow crafters. Long story short, I made a mistake on signing up that caused my card to be charged without purchasing the actual course. It was totally my fault. I misspelled my email address but I wanted the course badly so I signed up again. next morning when I woke up, I messaged My crafting lab, explain the situation and immediately got access to my courses . So not only a good crafting resource. This site has excellent customer service skills and actions. So thankful don’t hesitate. Go ahead buy it. You will not be sorry.
