Ordered online naively believing I was dealing with a NZ company. Eventually you learn your tag is being posted from Switzerland via "priority post". The website suggests 6 to 7 days. I think the typo should be amended to 6 or 7 weeks!!! Customer support is good and I have no problem with the product.

Great company to do business with. Support team helpful the product is true to described and pictured on the site extremely happy and so is my pooch will do more business in the cuter for my dog tag needs thank you keep up the great work

Product met all my expectations but was slow to arrive. When I made an enquiry mydogtags was quick to react in a positive manner

I am very happy with the dog tag, perfect size for my small puppy and the engraving. I would buy again although it did take longer to arrive than expected. I agree with the other reviews, I did believe I was buying from an Australian based company and was surprised to learn that the tag was shipped from Switzerland.

Great support and customer service. My order was lil delayed here in New Zealand due to covid as the package comes from Switzerland but worth the wait, the quality of dog color and tags are excellent.
I would recommend this swizz store if you have little patience to receive the top notch good :D

What a fraud. Advertised as Australian company but turned out it was from other country. Paid for the product and NEVER receive it. Be careful!!!

Initially purchased thinking I was supporting a local Australian store during these difficult COVID times, so was surprised to receive an email from a Swiss company advising postage would be slower from Europe due to COVID. I thought that was a bit sneaky as everything on the '.com.au' website made it seem local....
They nudged me out of my funk with their excellent customer service and great follow-up support, so in the end, I would recommend them ... 😊
Purchased 21/Feb/21, received 31/Mar/21. When I contacted them in late Mar, customer service offered to resend at no extra cost, or refund, or I could wait a few days in case it arrived in the interim. I decided to wait, and received them a few days later. Love the tags, one of which my dog is now wearing (the other will go on his lit night collar). Thank you, Swiss store...! 😉

Avoid this company - they present themselves as an Australian supplier (.co.au website) They promise products to be delivered within 5-8 days.
Over six weeks later after placing my order and paid for my tags and have still not arrived and they keep saying "just wait".
THIS SITE IS A SCAM AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED!
Don't get ripped off like I did.

Very happy with my order, a dog tag, delivery was delayed due to covid, I enquired and was offered several options of resend at no cost, refund or wait a few more days, I took third option and it arrived in a few days, they always kept in touch and I cannot fault their product or service

Not a NZ based business, but a Swiss based business. State delivery in a week. My item was shipped 4th Feb 2021, I received 24th March 2021. The dog tags are easily scratched and I could have got these from animates for cheaper

I purchased a dog tag and collar 2 Feb. The website was very easy to use and I had my order completed in a matter of minutes. There's a great range of colours and styles. On checkout it specified delivery within 6-7 working days. I'm familiar with deliveries during Covid-19 times and expected that this would take longer than 6-7 days. When my tag and collar hadn't arrved by 23 Feb I used their website feedback form to enquire about by order. They replied on 25 Feb apologising and asked me to wait a few more days. Sure enough the tag and collar arrived 3 March. The tag was perfect and the collar was nice and of good quality. I was impressed with the customer service from the company. I would definitely recommend them.

Loved all the different options for the dog tags and that there was a lot of space on the back for 2 contact numbers.

The quality is great and I am going to order more so that I have one for every collar and harness for my pup.

Only rated down one star as postage was quite slow to get to Australia.

We recently bought a dog tag with my dogs name on it and it is very good. It is pretty easy to get on. The shipping took a while, but I understand because of Covid and I am in Australia, so not an issue. Would recommend.
