I was so excited for this order to arrive! But when it did 3 of my 6 fruits had gone off and 1 wasn’t even added to my order! I won’t be ordering again unfortunately

I have purchased whole Jackfruit twice. Both times, the item was well packed and fresh. I am very much pleased with my order and its delivery. Customer service was excellent and I highly recommend My Exotic Fruits

Absolutely top class service and wonderful product. A pleasure to interact with. As an example I have bought Longan from another online company. The fruit from My Exotic Fruit were really good quality and picked clean off the branches, indicating an inherent honesty. Will continue to buy all the fruit we love from this company.

Amazing service! Order took less than 24hrs to get to me?! Unbelievably fast.
Really enjoying drinking the soursop tea. I wasn’t sure if I’d like it but it’s very palatable.
I now take soursop tea in my flask to work every day. Perfect drink for journeys, too.

I ordered Soursop from this company, there was a slight delay which was communicated well. The product arrived in good condition and as stated via tracking. The actual product itself is delicious. I would order from this Company again. They also follow up after receipt of your order to find out if everything was to your satisfaction. Great service all round.

Placed order nearly 2 weeks ago, not received or had any update on it. Tried to email, not had anything back. Shocking service. Would not recommend to anyone.

The quality of product is second to none. This is equally matched by the level of customer service and support. The order from start to finish was very fast and efficient. The product arrived still frozen when it arrived. I highly recommend.

I'm always curious to try exotic fruits, when I discovered this site on google, I bought it three times and I don't regret it. The fruits I ordered were in good condition and the delivery was very fast and efficient. In the future I intend to order more as the products are of excellent quality!!

It's a sign of a company with high integrity that when something goes wrong - in this case with the delivery, which had nothing directly to do with My Exotic Fruit - they do something to make things right.

Great customer service, minor issue handled within minutes, kept updated by phone. Above and beyond. I heartily recommend them.

Different but delicious fruits. Well packaged, so no damage to the fruits from transportation. I will buy again.

I ordered a bargain box in the hope of trying one or two new fruit, I was shocked by the amount and variety of fruit i recieved. So many delicious new fruit I am so excited to try them all. There was even a bag containing tiny lemons limes kumquat, longen and many more. Thank you guys for expanding my fruit experience, can't wait to try them all. I also bought some snake fruit and mangoes yummy x

The tastiest fruit I have ever eaten!

Brilliant! I ordered 3 Meyer lemons (to grow from seed). They emailed after a little while to say they were struggling to source them, and did I want my money back or would I be happy to wait a bit longer? I said I'd be happy to wait, and in no time at all, 3 Meyer lemons arrived! Great service, friendly, and kept me informed all the time. Highly recommend.
